    Asim Razzaq MD
I had this doctor for approximately 15 years. This summer I was experiencing acute symptoms. My father had prostate cancer; thus, I am at a higher risk than other males. Instead of doing tests to determine the cause of my symptoms, he merely stopped one medication and stated me on a new one. But his staff called in the wrong dosage to the pharmacy. Communication with his office was very poor. One staff member asked me "What kind of test do you want done?". After a few months of frustration, I changed doctors and was immediately evaluated by a nurse practitioner, given a PSA test - the result turned out to be very high, and scheduled for a cystoscopy. Then I had an MRI to rule out cancer, and was started on a new medication. Dr. Razzaq is too busy, goes to too many different offices, and doesn't take the time to evaluate his patient's problems.

    Jeffrey Harris MD
I was a new patient yet he only spent 10 min. with me. He did not review the paperwork (family hx, etc.) that I filled out prior to the visit. He gave me superficial advice about medications that might help me sleep better. He ended our visit by saying "I will see you in one year". It took me 4 months to get an appointment with a "real" sleep specialist, who 1) had me keep a sleep log for 4 weeks, and b) had a inpatient sleep study done. Thanks to help from this doctor and other interventions, my sleep problem was finally solved.

    Kevorkian, Dr. Rafi
Dr. Kevorkian has limited officer hours (Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturday), sees patients in their homes, sees patients in groups homes, sees patients in hospitals. His focus is geriatrics and he is willing to see younger patients as well. He spends a good amount of time with his patients, does a head-to-toe assessment, and genuinely cares about them. He is easily accessible and will respond to concerns in a timely manner. I cannot recommend him enough. Debbie, his receptionist, is very friendly and helpful. If you want a sterile MD office where they don't even know who you are, don't go to Kevorkian. If you like having a personal MD who cares, this is the MD for you.

Just check MO Case Net and search by both the business and the doctors name. You be the judge. I will add that way to long to remember the date I went there and was advised to get an orthotic. It was very expensive and I felt like it was a scam. The doctor said, "this is the best, it is the same one that Jerry Seinfeld has. We don't make a dime off of this". Well in all fairness he did tell the truth. He doesn't make a dime, he makes MUCH more. Prior to a year mine was damaged by a flood. The girl at the counter said I could get a replacement at their cost, which was half of what I paid. Hmmmmmmm

    Peter Yoon MD
He has a giant ego, an abhorrent bedside manner, and asked for imaging I wasn't told to bring. He was skeptical and rude about my prior surgeries, saying that they seem to be unnecessary and "controversial". Before surgery, four other surgeons agreed I needed surgery. I had also exhausted all other options from injections to PT to meds. He said he's "conservative" with surgery, accusing other well respected doctors of the opposite. He used jargon I didn't understand. He offered no help or hope. He is a bully and is the ONLY doctor of six that couldn't identify the problem on my MRI, saying it was "clear".

He spent only 10 minutes with me, and didn't review the new patient paperwork that I brought in. He made ignorant and wrong statements, and made untrue assumptions. His advice was worthless. I have an upcoming appointment with another sleep specialist.

Very well. My only problem has been turnover of doctors. Three of my primary care physicians have left the practice in the past seven or eight years. Replacements have been excellent, but it would be nice to have continuity.

Had a foot problem and saw Dr. Aubuchon at the 845 N. New Ballas office. Explained to him that I had pain that traveled throughout my foot. He looked at the x-ray and said (very condensceningly) that I had arthritis in my big toe and bone spurs. He acted like I was an idiot for not knowing that. I told him that it hurt everywhere and he kept pulling my painful-to-the-touch toe and said, "See, it hurts because you have arthritis." I showed him the other spots it hurt, and he just said I must have been walking funny and i needed surgery. I left in the same excruciating pain I came in with (if not worse, since he kept bending my toe.) Wasn't happy with his diagnosis, so I decided to get another opinion. Called the office and left 3 messages to pick up my x-rays to take to another doctor. NO RESPONSE. DON"T GO HERE. After seeing a podiatrist, It turns out I have GOUT and that is the main source of my pain, not the arthritis.

    Mary McLennan MD
Do you remember when doctors used to actually talk to you? Look you in the eye? Chat with you a bit before moving into the nitty gritty? Dr. McClennan is that kind of doctor. She is also incredibly kind and empathetic.

    Dr. Raskas
This surgeon is amazing. He is a thorough diagnostician. He caught errors in MRI reports and clarified reporting that would have misdirected us by pursuing further myelogram testing. A big surgery that has been amazingly successful. He is kind and caring. I can't say enough good things.
