    GENUINE LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPING
I talked with the owner, Terry Obermiller about leaf removal. He gave me a general bid of $300. The price would depend on the time it took to blow the leaves & vacuum them up. I accepted the bid. I asked that they come the first week in December when most of my leaves would have fallen. Two of his employees showed up December 8. They worked from about 12:30pm to 2pm. They did a great job on the leaves & clean-up. Was very pleased with the work.

    Kirkwood Landscaping
Kirkwood Landscaping took care of our landscaping and lawn maintenance needs for all five years that we lived in Kirkwood. We've moved out of state, and this is the service I miss most of all. They were kind, professional, competitively priced, and we had the prettiest lawn! If you want people who care, hire Jim and Patty. You will be well taken care of.

    InvoGreen Landscape Maintenance
This company is rumored to provide poor service. Our experience backs that up: Asked for estimate of both ongoing work and cleanup jobs. A representative came in a day or so--friendly, helpful, indicating they could start quickly and that the work was up their alley. Costs sounded reasonable. Said estimate would be sent in couple days. 5 days later, still no estimate. Inquired about it and we were told they don't do kind of work that we need, which makes no sense. Referred us to an entirely different company that specializes in hardscaping, walls, etc--which we don't need. Difficult to understand all this. Disappointing.

TERRIBLE! The work is fair if you can ever get them to do it, but good luck with that. If you have days at a time to sit at home waiting for nobody to show up and money to throw away on plants that die before they ever get planted in the beds that never get cleaned out, these are your guys. I'm talking about months and months of service requests on an existing contract being ignored. Then they'll wait to the middle of the season when everybody else is booked up and quit on you. I tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Wnat a stupid, colossal mistake. STAY AWAY!

We have 7 sweet gum trees and some others and they picked up every fallen leaf and removed them from the property. We waited until the last leaf had fallen and they didn't miss one. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

    O'Hara Landscaping
We asked O'Hara for a bid because they had done a consistent job mowing our lawn weekly (after it took 3 emails and 2 phone calls over 2 months to get them to bid the mowing). Tim provided a bid for $785 which was far too high for the amount of work, we NEVER ok'ed the bid and proceeded to do the work on our own. We had done about half of the work ourselves before coming home a week later to find the very small remaining amount of work completed after we had been gone for about 2 hours. Soon we received a bill for $785.

    Metro Land Services, LLC.
Purchased $220 deal, specified size of property and was told "my four men " could easily finish within the hour I paid for. After an hour's work, they came to door and said they couldn't finish without $80 payment for extra time. They also wanted to drop the leaves off at the curb, but grudgingly hauled them away, complaining about the cost to them.

    West County Landscaping LLC

Everything was great. At first there were some issues being new customers but all were addressed promptly and professionally .
Would happily recommend their work. We are seniors and appreciate a good job without being overpriced.

Mowing is done the same day each week and looks great. The only days they didn?t mow last year were the days it rained or when the yard was too wet. The guys take the time to pick up and remove small debris in the yard. So far in 2016 they have been out twice, same experience as last year. I?ve noticed it is the same crew each week so results are consistent.

We also started fertilization this year and they have been out for the first treatment. I could see they had a good spread and so far no dandelions. The price per application was less than my previous vendor.

Mulching is scheduled for 2016 and was done in 2015. Last year it was put down a little later than I wanted, but I didn?t tell Scott I wanted mulch until late spring. The point is the schedule early. The mulch was placed everywhere I wanted and was sufficiently deep. Price paid was as much as it would have been if I did the work myself.

In November of 2015 I asked for a leaf and yard clean up. Every leaf was gone. Price was a little more than I expected, but saved me an entire weekend of work.

Scott makes it very easy to add or modify services and responds quickly to email. They also offer a pre-payment discount for a season of services.

My neighbor also uses West County and is using them again this year.
