  • Everything went well. They have done a lot of small jobs for me over the years, they are always polite, professional and skilled in many trades. Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. are amazing, they work hard by going above and beyond. I recommend to everyone

  • On June 15, 2015 I purchased a big deal for general contractor work for one week.  Provider name locked. , the owner, responded immediately to inform me that he was working on another big job and would not be available until the beginning of September. I told him that I want to redo my half bath (shower, no tub).  I did not have a problem with that date because there were no urgency in getting the work done.  A couple of days before he was scheduled to do my work, he call me to let me know that he would like to reschedule because he was still working on the other project.  I told Provider name locked. that it wasn't a problem because, once again, there was no urgency.  At that time, I did tell him exactly what I wanted him to do with the bathroom which included, but was not limited to remolding the bath in it's entirety.  He said that was not a problem and that I would have to pay for the materials.  I let him know buying the materials would not be a problem.  I told him on the first day if we could meet and discuss the job and what is needed.  He said that was not a problem for him.  I also asked him to let me know about two weeks when he could start so that my husband and I could work out alternative schedule for taking off work to be available at the house. Provider name locked. left a message on my voicemail at home on October 1st or 2nd (I think I heard the message on the 2nd) to let me know that he could be able to start the job on Wednesday, 10/7/15.  I returned the call and spoke with Provider name locked. on Monday, October 5, to schedule the time.  I once again told him that I wanted  him to redo the bathroom, including plumbing and wiring.  We worked it out so that he would meet me it my house at 7:00 a.m. so that I could get to work on time.  My husband would stay home while he did the work.  I had scheduled to be off work on October 8, 9, 12, & 13.  On Wednesday at about 7:45, Provider name locked. called and said he would not be able to start the work because he had been up all night and had to go to the dentist to correct his dental problem.  He said he might be able to get started next week.  I then asked if he could at least come out and do an evaluation to let me know what materials I would need and the cost.  At that time, he told me that he could not do the plumbing or electrical work because they won't let him do it.  I am not sure who the "they" are.
I am requesting a full refund of $1,499.00 because it seems that Provider name locked. is not in a position to fulfill the needs of this job.  The Big Deal said "General Contractor" .  When I see "General Contractor" it means one can provide the resources to complete the job.  Also, as you can see from the above information, I was given the run around for scheduling.  I didn't mind the rescheduling because I thought Provider name locked. was legit.  The problem really arose once I had scheduled days of work to be available for him and he was a no show.

  • Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. were phenomenal!  This was my second bathroom remodel in a year.  I did not use Angie's list to find the previous contractor and that experience was horrendous.  So I was a little apprehensive    But now I cant say enought positive about this bath remodel.
They showed up when they said they would.
They helped me via their contacts and Midwest Kitchen and Bath.
They managed getting the counter-top/sinks ordered and here on time.
They were willing to reuse light fixtures and other items just purchased last year because I did not know it was leaking.
It was just them working on the job.  They did not bring in other help.
The most important thing to me is that they did not start another job while working on my job,  They stayed here until completion.  The second most important thing is that they asked me where I wanted things when the bathroom was being built back.   Things like the pattern for the tile on the floor, and how high to put the towel racks,    They also gave me good feedback on what would look off and what would look off and what would look good.  The third thing was their pride in doing everything as well as it could be done.  For example when they removed the toilet they found it was shimmed and only bolted to the floor on one side because the cast iron 'collar' was broken.  They fixed it rather then just patching it.
The tile work they did was perfectly executed.  The tiles are set evenly and the grout is 1/8 inch.
I was comfortable with them in my home.  And I was comfortable leaving them in the home when I had to run erands.  They were meticulous about cleaning up every day and about the work they did.
I cant say enough positive about Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. . I have been singing their praises to whomever will listen.
