    Dahm, Dr. J. David
Once I entered the treatment room the doctor came very promptly and took his time going over the problem I was having and then removed the two impacted ears. Actually, I didn't know one of them was half filled with ear wax. He indicated the one ear, which I couldn't hear out of, was heavily impacted and as he removed the ear wax said that he could see the surface of the inner ear was eroded somewhat and after clearing the ear put some drops in the ear to treat the damaged surface of the inner ear and gave me a prescription for ear drops so I could treat the ear at home. Told me to come back in 10 days as I did. When I came back, the doctor had me take an ear test and afterword examined my ears and said they were looking good and to take the remainder of the ear drops until entirely used up and to keep water out of the ear receiving drops for a month and to come back in one year. Again, I did not have to wait more than a few minutes in the lobby and only had to wait a couple minutes in the treatment room until the doctor came in. Highly recommend Dr. Darm to anyone needing an ear, nose, and throat doctor.

    Brandsted, Dr. Rebecca M
She does endoscopy in her office and that is a big plus. I don't have to go to a hospital to check in or things like that. I didn't have to go to a hospital and they took care of me there. She is wonderful. She doesn't hurt. She does it right there in the office and I don't even get a shot. Her availability is pretty good because whenever I call her, she can fit me in. The office environment is fine. It is like any other office and it is normal. She is pretty good. She is there within 10-15 minutes of my appointment until something goes wrong with somebody. She explains thing excellently. I haven't had any problems with her like not being spot on with her diagnosis and medicine.

It was great. It resolved the problem. He tends a little bit behind schedule. We got in fairly quickly.

    Ballas ENT Consultants
I first consulted Dr. Robert O'Bert at Ballas ENT concerning a rapid hearing loss last October. He directed my treatment to his audiologist, Dr. Emily Barden. She has been extremely helpful and patient with me. In fact she has gone beyond all expectations. Dr. Barden is well acquainted with the products and audiology testing equipment. She has recommended additional devices such as a BiCros aid for one ear that is completely deaf, a TV link allowing me to understand television, a mic for certain meeting or distant situations and a program useful in venues with telecoil equipment such as theatres, etc.. She also referred a CaptionCall telephone service for me. This telephone is provided free to hard of hearing patients who need assistance on the telephone. The caller's remarks are captioned on a screen while at the same time the voice can be amplified quite high. This is covered by a federal program few are familiar with. None of this however is as valuable as Dr. Barden's expertise, kind patience and understanding. A very friendly, professional and pleasant person. The office staff here is also friendly and helpful.

    Neely, J Gail
I had lost my hearing, but I regained most of it. I went to another ENT specialist in this area and I was not happy. I found out about Dr. Neely actually online through the Barnes-Jewish hospital line and he was excellent. He was a wonderful doctor. His staff was wonderful. Everything in billing was taken care of by insurance. I would go back to the practice if something came up and I needed a specialist.
