    Dr. Anderson possesses a warm professionalism, my husband and I became patients when he first opened his office. He has also taken care of our son. The good Doctor is always willing to discuss our needs, and performs them in a timely manner. We have never had had a complaint. His staff of Hygienists are thorough, gentle and friendly and we are greeted with warm friendly smiles by his reception personnel . Dr. Ander-son has equipped his office with the very latest equipment all to the advantage of his patients. He has responded to emergencies, and in all services has excelled. He definitely has been the right provider for our dental services.

    On evaluation, every tooth he dictated to assistant that it was a crown or implant. Felt as though he was going to make SURE I got those implants for the extra 7K each. When I scheduled the ONE tooth I was having issues with, he sedated me and actually did a second tooth without my permission, then actually charged me for it. The only reason I got the crowns instead of implants was because I told him I had a family friend in Chicago to do any implants for free, so if the tooth needed an implant, just pull it and my friend would do the implant. Insurance pays about $100 to pull a tooth and lots more to crown it. Amazingly, I got the crowns. Was stunned when I confronted him about him working on a tooth that the pre-surgical authorization did not allow for. His response was, "Well, WE talked about doing 4 on each side, at the same time." My response was, "No YOU talked about doing 4 and I told YOU that I'm not having a bunch of work done without several opinions. BTW doing surgery on something you haven't signed a consent for is actually ASSAULT & BATTERY and is a criminal offense. This isn't the first dentist I've heard who has done this lately. Seems to be a pattern.

    AWFUL. Please exercise CAUTION. I paid this doctor over 46,000 dollars up front for a treatment plan. It's been eighteen months of terror. I had been told work was warrantied only to be told no. The way this man has spoken to me over the past eighteen months is absolutely unbelievable! If I hadn't lived it I myself wouldn't believe it. The only reason I stayed and tolerated his behavior towards me was the warranty. Unfortunately now I am stuck with unfinished dental work with no warranty. This work from a doctor who I won't say I am afraid of . However I am absolutely concerned about his behavior towards me and possibly others. FEEL FREE TO MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICES BUT BEWARE!!!! I don't want this to happen to anyone else!!!!

    I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson's for many years. The quality of service he provides is truly excellent. He always makes you feel completely at ease and explains the procedure before beginning. I've never once been in pain when in his chair, and that is saying a lot, as I think I've had at *least* 14 cavities over the years. In addition to being a consummate professional himself, Dr. Anderson's staff are highly trained and incredibly friendly. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth!

    As a new patient I made a same day appt to fix a tiny chip in my front and was told I could get that done. I took off work, used my lunch break, skipped studying finals and actually eating for lunch. I arrived early as advised with my ID and insurance, they did exam and xrays and was asked by the tech when I had to be out of there and I told her, she said that was plenty of time. The dr came in and said yep just some bond send her to I forget the girl's name. I was then shown the front desk where I had to schedule an appt to get my chipped tooth fixed at the end of July. I took off work, skipped studying finals and eating my lunch to do this because you told me you could do it when I came in. I will say everyone was nice while there and I was nice in turn until I was walking out and realized that I hadn't gotten anything done and that is when I called and got the office manager Laurie's voicemail twice.Then when I was upset about it Laurie the office manager was rude and unhelpful. She offered to put me on a list in case of cancellations and to send me my x-rays. No apologies just excuses. Wouldn't reverse my insurance they had already charged or get me in in the next few days. Worst health care clinic experience of my adult life. Thank you for wasting my time and money and your rudeness.

    This doctor's office is a scam. 2015 is the first and only time I visited this dentist. DON'T GO!!!!!! I made an appointment for an annual check up, waited too long to get into a chair and then when i finally did 2 people began taking x-rays then told me i wouldn't be getting a cleaning because my teeth were so bad (mind you the subsequent dentist i went to had a vastly different opinion). I was told to go to a room (where I waited an ungodly amount of time) to discuss financing for some extensive work. Incredibly irritated at this point because my time has been wasted and I still hadn't received a cleaning, I complained to the dentist and agreed (I thought) that I, nor my insurance company, would be charged for the visit. Fast forward to January 2018, I get a legal notice threatening legal action against me for unpaid bill (mind you I didn't expect to receive nor do I recall seeing previous bills). When I called, a women in billing said "that's how dentist operate now". WRONG, THE DENTISTS I HAD GONE BEFORE THE BRENTWOOD FAMILY DENTAL EXPERIENCE AND THE DENTISTS I'VE GONE TO AFTERWARD HAVE NOT DONE BUSINESS THIS WAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
