  • On the day of the install Provider name locked. called and said they were out of stock on the 9 year tank I had ordered. They offered to upgrade me to a 12 year tank at no additional charge in order to meet the promised delivery schedule. The 12 year tank is considerably nicer looking with better features.

Most important, and this is the second time in the last couple of months that Provider name locked. has done an install for me, there was no upcharges or additions to the original quoted price.

The lead for this job was through Home Depot. Fast does the installs for Home Depot in my area and often time the Home Depot price is less than going direct to Fast.

  • They were great in terms of communication.  I knew what was going on the entire time.  The only disappointment was that there was an unexpected $50 charge for a second flight of stairs (first flight is free) and an unexpected $150 charge for an optional overflow tank above the water heater that I didn't know had to also be replaced.  I would use them again and since I'm a landlord with multiple units I probably will have to sooner than later.

  • Provider name locked. showed up as scheduled and proceeded to inspect the water heater.  He discovered that the lower element was not functioning.  He replaced the lower element, the upper element, and the thermostat.  Fortunately, the parts were still under warranty so the only cost was for the service visit.
Provider name locked. was obviously knowledgeable of the work to be performed and was very professional in completing the job.  I would use his services and skills again in a heartbeat.
