    Sound Lock & Key is our lifesaver! Erik is super fast, always answers his phone, happy to help. We have hired Sound Lock & Key for a few projects now. We have had our business re-keyed (4 doors), our pool table re-keyed, truck lockouts help, candy machine re-keyed, and even hand-towel dispenser locks added. His pricing is fair and his work is always outstanding. I would highly recommend Sound Lock & Key to anyone that is locked out or needing new keys made. Best in the area!

    Went very well. He showed up right on time and figured out right away what the problem was. It was the heater element shorting out. Replaced it and it works great now. I also separately ordered a custom cover for the hot tub which will be delivered later. Once that is complete I will update with how good it is.

    We bought a hot tub (Classic model) from Olympic in 1988, from (I think) the company's founder, Alice Cunningham.  I researched hot tub manufacturers then and concluded Olympic's Hot Springs Spas were the best; maybe not the cheapest, but certainly the best.  I haven't been disappointed.  A wonderful stress-reliever; I'd use it several times a week, usually in the morning with a cup of coffee and the sports section.  It performed wonderfully over 28 years; whatever service issues cropped up were taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction.  In the late fall of 2015 we had to do significant repairs on our deck (which we built around the hot tub a few years later) and if the original was to be replaced, that was the time to do it.  We bought the closest new model (Prodigy) to the Classic.  Dawn Scherer worked with me on the purchase; she even came over one Saturday afternoon to look over the installation spot and access to it from the street so that we could be sure there'd be no problems.  Cost was not insignificant but Olympic's "returning buyer" discount helped; in any event, it was worth it.  The delivery team arrived on time with the new tub, removed and took away the old one, and installed the new one.  Better than ever!  Our 5 year old grand-daughter is a big fan of the new tub too.  While I now get some of my water-maintenance products from Olympic's e-store, I also drive over to the Dexter Avenue store periodically to pick up what I need and have enjoyed working with the folks there; I can't remember all their names, but they know who they are...and they know me.  Nice people, excellent product, good service.

    Our pool had lacked care for about one year due to an illness.  The water had turned a cloudy green from an algae bloom, and we needed to clean it up in order to sell the house.  We tried to clear the water ourselves, but had no success so we called Nancy.  She came out within one week and checked the chemicals and cleaned the sides and bottom.  She advised what chemicals to buy and how and when to add them to the pool.  She does not sell products herself.  It took two or three weeks but the pool is clean and sparkling.  Nancy does not claim to work on pumps or filters, but put us in touch with someone who replaced the glass in the filter.  She continued to come weekly to clean the pool until the house sold.  Nancy is very kind and most of all honest and fair.  Had we not sold the house, we would have continued with her services.  You can't go wrong with Nancy, The Pool Gal.

    Pool turned green after one and a half month, which he pointed out yard maintenance was the issue which was never presented as a case before hand and wasn't until I followed up to see why he was not delivering the services. Eventually he removed the screw from the timer and let pool pump run for four straight days - which we didn't realize until our neighbor shared with us. In essence, we've paid to him directly for the services which were never provided and another $300 in electricity / $100 to recover pool with urgent cleaning. Absolutely bait and switch. Highly recommend you to stay away.

    I bought over $6000 worth of patio furniture including a table with their best umbrella. First advice is to talk about delivery before the purchase. I waited until after the sale and the best they would tell me was that someone would call to setup delivery within two weeks. I was concerned about them having my money with no plan for delivery so we agreed that if I had not heard from them within a week that I would cancel the order with a full refund. It was all very matter of fact and they did not really seem to care much. They were very busy.
    They did call the next day and delivered the furniture a week later. The delivery guys showed up on time and were very nice and professional. They setup the furniture and I was very pleased.
    Five days later I got up in the morning to find my umbrella on the ground. It had broken in half during the night. To be fair I had left the umbrella up that night and it did rain but it was not a bad storm. I called them and they told me that they did not warrant such damage. They offered to sell me a new one at an additional 10% off (still $329) but would not guarantee that this one would not break five days later as well. I then asked them if they would just take everything back and they said no. Some of the furniture is teak and they said that teak starts to wear the moment it gets outside and they do not take any returns on teak once it leaves the showroom. Nothing else was offered and they really did not seem to care.
    I would further note that at no time during the sales process or the setup of the furniture after delivery was I warned that putting the umbrella up voids the warranty. It says that this can lead to damage on the umbrella itself but I did not notice the warning until after it was broken. They told me after the fact that they only supported the umbrella being up while you were there watching. Otherwise the warranty was voided.
    Their attitude was very apathetic. No one there seemed to care at all and I was offered no viable alternatives. Now I have a $380 umbrella that is useless after five days. I simply could not believe that they would not offer me anything better than that. If you do end up paying their VERY high prices on the promise of quality and service then know that you are likely to be on your own if you have any problems.

    She made contact with me and told me what I needed to do in order to make sure she could get everything done in one trip. I followed her directions and made sure that the spa purge could settle overnight before the appointment. She gave me a lot of good tips about the most important types of products to have and when to use certain products to take care of our hot tub. 
    The only problem that I encountered was a slight miscommunication. She was under the impression that I would call the day before the planned appointment if I had everything and would be ready for the appointment, and I was under the impression that I was to call if I needed to reschedule. This is partly my error, because I didn't receive the text message that she sent on Wednesday until late Thursday (the date of the appointment). Ultimately, we got it resolved and she was very flexible. She came out on Thursday about an hour later than originally planned.
    All in all, I was satisfied with the service, and really appreciated the information that she shared with me.

    The experience was good from beginning to end. I called and talked to Karyn who scheduled Twigs to come out and estimate. Twigs came and was very clear and open about the options, cost, and the process to replace the components. The cost was at least 25% lower than another bid we had gotten. They followed up with an email with the estimate, which we accepted by providing a 50% deposit. The work was scheduled for the following week, and Twigs and Paul came and did the work in under 4 hours and hauled away the old units. They both seemed quite competent and the work looked really good. We are very pleased and can highly recommend them. I liked their honest, forthright manner and they were competent and priced fairly. They are set to do some additional work on some failing pool tiles that I will write up separately after the work is done (I really liked Mike, the tile guy who estimated and will do the work and who has 30+ yrs of experience).
