  • Our pool had lacked care for about one year due to an illness.  The water had turned a cloudy green from an algae bloom, and we needed to clean it up in order to sell the house.  We tried to clear the water ourselves, but had no success so we called Provider name locked. .  She came out within one week and checked the chemicals and cleaned the sides and bottom.  She advised what chemicals to buy and how and when to add them to Provider name locked. .  She does not sell products herself.  It took two or three weeks but Provider name locked. is clean and sparkling.  Provider name locked. does not claim to work on pumps or filters, but put us in touch with someone who replaced the glass in the filter.  She continued to come weekly to clean Provider name locked. until the house sold.  Provider name locked. is very kind and most of all honest and fair.  Had we not sold the house, we would have continued with her services.  You can't go wrong with Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. .

  • I bought over $6000 worth of patio furniture including a table with their best umbrella. First advice is to talk about delivery before the purchase. I waited until after the sale and the best they would tell me was that someone would call to setup delivery within two weeks. I was concerned about them having my money with no plan for delivery so we agreed that if I had not heard from them within a week that I would cancel the order with a full refund. It was all very matter of fact and they did not really seem to care much. They were very busy.
    They did call the next day and delivered the furniture a week later. The delivery guys showed up on time and were very nice and professional. They setup the furniture and I was very pleased.
    Five days later I got up in the morning to find my umbrella on the ground. It had broken in half during the night. To be fair I had left the umbrella up that night and it did rain but it was not a bad storm. I called them and they told me that they did not warrant such damage. They offered to sell me a new one at an additional 10% off (still $329) but would not guarantee that this one would not break five days later as well. I then asked them if they would just take everything back and they said no. Some of the furniture is teak and they said that teak starts to wear the moment it gets outside and they do not take any returns on teak once it leaves the showroom. Nothing else was offered and they really did not seem to care.
    I would further note that at no time during the sales process or the setup of the furniture after delivery was I warned that putting the umbrella up voids the warranty. It says that this can lead to damage on the umbrella itself but I did not notice the warning until after it was broken. They told me after the fact that they only supported the umbrella being up while you were there watching. Otherwise the warranty was voided.
    Their attitude was very apathetic. No one there seemed to care at all and I was offered no viable alternatives. Now I have a $380 umbrella that is useless after five days. I simply could not believe that they would not offer me anything better than that. If you do end up paying their VERY high prices on the promise of quality and service then know that you are likely to be on your own if you have any problems.

  • Our new house came with a hot tub that didn't work the first time we filled it. It was purchased at Aquaquip by the old home owners, so we contacted them for service. At this point they have been to our home 5 times and it still doesn't work.
    The first visit, the technician diagnosed the problem, but was not carrying any replacement parts so he had to schedule a second visit.
    The second visit, he brought the part, changed it, claimed it was working when he left, but it was still broken when we got home an hour later.
    The third visit, a different technician diagnosed a different problem but, surprise surprise, he was not carrying any replacement parts so he had to schedule a fourth visit.
    The fourth visit, the original technician came back, brought the new part, changed it, but the new part also did not work so he diagnosed a new problem and scheduled another visit.
    The fifth visit, they sent yet another technician, who came to the house while we were away, didn't do any work, and left a note saying that he could not access the spa equipment - clearly wrong since two technicians before him had no problem accessing the spa equipment. Plus he left without having the decency to call and ask,
    Every time someone comes, whether they do any actual work or not (and they frequently don't because they don't bring spare parts), they put another $80 on our bill for every half hour they spend here. We haven't paid our bill yet because the service is in progress, but at this point we must be easily past $500 and that excludes any parts changed.
    Every time they need to reschedule a new visit, you have to wait at least a week for a technician to come, sometimes longer. At this point we've been in repairs for over one and a half months.
