  • He decided he is not going to take Medicare, so I appreciated that, and I have Blue Cross on top of Medicare. His staff would not give me diagnosis. I would get nothing as the receipt  for the money paid. I complained to him, and he said that he has made a deal with the staff, they don't practice medicine, and I don't interfere with the billing. That is when I started to see another doctor. The bedside manner is good.

  • The bad review is for the office environment and staff.  Dr. Provider name locked. himself was very thorough and nice and spent a lot of time with me.
    However, the front desk woman was very unfriendly and unsmiling.  Not only was she surly, but the waiting room was freezing.
    After waiting for half an hour, I asked he if there was something wrong with their heating system, and said it was cold.
    She seemed surprised, although she was wearing a heavy sweater. She sighed and got up and went around the corner, ostensibly to turn up the heat.  Fifteen minutes later, the other patient in the waiting room complained to her about the cold.  She insisted the heat was on and that it "just takes awhile for it to kick in."  Well, it never did kick in, and the back exam room was just as cold.
    I could have put up with it better, if she had at least SMILED and apologized.  The waiting room and front office staff are the first things you see when you go to a doctor's appointment, and they can make such an impression, good and bad.  I think it reflects on the doctors.  Dr. Provider name locked. took x-rays of my feet and found no arthritis, couldn't tell me what was wrong, and referred me to the Seattle Arthiritis Clinic. ????  I will never return there, and if you go there, make sure you wear a parka and a hat!

  • My Phone call for an appointment was answered 2 min after the office opened Monday morning, and I got it that day at 1pm
    I got my digital x-rays from ER visit, and Dr Provider name locked. confirmed the diagnosis.  He explained non surgery vs surgery, options, and reasons for each. With his guidance I choose non surgery. Dr Provider name locked. did a fabulous job three years ago on my left foot, a very complicated  break and I have no problem with it.  If surgery was the only option He would be the surgeon to do it!, with out a doubt.
