Brown: emailed him as I had not received a response to my earlier emails.  Again I provided him my telephone contact.  I also asked him if he had received the information I have provided in the past.  He said he had.  Then I wonder why I have not heard from him???   Provider name locked. 23, 2012 Emailed Provider name locked. Brown, asking that he provide me a date that Sleep Train insurance will authorize payment so that Van Wild's Furnishings can begin the replacement of the damaged carpet.   Provider name locked. 27, 2012 Email to Customer Care Service on Sleep Train website, comment section on the website: "Overdue Assistance Request." "My name is Provider name locked. and I have been in contact with Provider name locked. Brown of Sleep Train, starting the first part of June.  I am writing to you now as nothing has been done in nearly 2 months. I have followed the directions from Mr. Provider name locked. , via a telephone conversation.  I have sent a number of emails to A. Brown.  Finally sent Provider name locked. an email, asking if he received my emails.  He responded 'yes'".  Additionally, Provider name locked. , Senior Customer Service, assured me she would phone, but did not.  I left a minimum of 6 messages for her...I provided photos of the damage to the carpet...Frankly I do not have the resources to pay for an attorney to address this situation.  I had hoped to write a letter or an email to Mr. Provider name locked. , CEO, but am unable to find contact information on the website.  The Sleep Train Customer Service is not customer service oriented.  It is my hope that I will be contacted in a timely manner.  If no response from Sleep Train, I will need to contact Get Provider name locked. of the NBC affiliate in Provider name locked. and/or Angie's List. I did not receive a single response to the comments above left on S.T.'s customer service section on its website.   Provider name locked. 30, 2012 Provider name locked. with Provider name locked. Customer Service [via voicemail] said he had finished reviewing the damage claim with the Customer Service Manager.  "We were unable to verify the damage that you said occurred in the hallway entering your apartment.  (Again, Please Note: The damage was to the entry hallway to the entire condo complex, not to my individual entry hallway. ) Drivers said they never got any further than just the lobby of the condos.  So we were unable to verify this. Thank you.   AUGUST 15, 2012 Email from Provider name locked. , Jr. of Van Wild's Furnishings requesting information about status of carpet installation, "Just wanted to circle back and see if you had any updates on the carpet replacement you are needing.  I emailed him back explaining the delay of seven plus weeks since his initial estimate was made.   August 20, 2012 Received a letter from GE Capital Bank, dated August 10, 2012:  The letter details the changes to my account terms, which will "take effect on 10/04/2012."  Section entitled "How to I opt out?"  Answer: "You cannot opt out of any change being made..."This is so bizarre as that which GE Capital is charging me [total mattress set] was returned on 05-29-2012!   September 9, 2012 Received an email from Provider name locked. , "Let me get in contact with Provider name locked. and see if I can get to the bottom of this."   SEPTEMBER 10, 2012 With some effort I learned that Sleep Train and Provider name locked. are, in fact, the same company with Provider name locked. as CEO of both.  This is not a widely know reality.   September 11, 2012 Submission to website comment section, Testimonial electronic form.  My submission is as follows: "I have been highly disappointed in Sleep Train's Customer Service, mainly the lack of communication, follow through and lack of assistance by Provider name locked. P.  This has been a long and tedious journey on my part, including emails, phone conversations and awaiting a response from Provider name locked. Business Journal.  He emailed the reporter and asked if she could supply me with contact information for Mr. Provider name locked. .  She provided Mr. Provider name locked. with my contact information.  I received an email from Provider name locked. , Assistant to Mr. Provider name locked. .  Since he was a leadership conference, Provider name locked. in a positive and helpful manner said she would be pleased to help me.   September 11-13, 2012 Emails sent to Provider name locked. .  I express my gratitude that she may be able to provide positive and meaningful assistance to me.  I also shared that I had spent the last 3 1/2 months trying to gain assistance from Sleep Train's Customer Service [Provider name locked. P.] and that in my opinion she had been negligent, lacking in common courtesy and undermining my honesty and character. I went on to share that there was no negativity implied, but I wanted Provider name locked. to know that I was working on Angie's List "Complaint Resolution Form" for both Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. Village, Provider name locked. , and Sleep Train Customer Service in Rocklin CA.  I then copied the lengthy email I had sent to Sleep Train on June 16, 2012.  She did not respond to my email   Sent additional emails to Provider name locked. , inquiring as to whether she received my emails.  She responded yes and it seemed that she was going to take positive steps on my behalf.   September 15, 2012 Email to Provider name locked. providing another overview of what has occurred since May 23, 1012.   September 15, 2012 Informative and speedy reply from Angie's List representatives Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. .   September 17, 2012 Sent email to Provider name locked. , asking if she had received my email of Sept. 12 and Sept. 15.  No response   September 22, 2012 Email to Condo Board members, sharing that I had not heard  back from Provider name locked. .   Email to Get Provider name locked. , NBC affiliate in Provider name locked. .   September 23, 2012 Responded to email from Provider name locked. Board President, who suggested I might meet with the Board of Directors.  I responded in this email that I felt confident that ST/SC would respond in a proactive and positive manner.  Basically, let's hold off on a meeting as I was certain positive results were just around the corner.   September 24, 2012  I received a voice message:   "This is Provider name locked. calling with Provider name locked. Customer Service on behalf of Provider name locked. who is out of the office.  She requested that I call regarding the damage claim you have open with us. Please phone back at your convenience regarding the damage claim you have with us. 866 683 1923, ext 1324.   On this same day, I returned Provider name locked. 's call.  She asked how I was doing and then said she was calling on behalf of Provider name locked. , who is out of the office.  Provider name locked. gave Provider name locked. has "a little information to give to me."  Provider name locked. shared that the company was going to go ahead and "meet me half way. We'd be taking care of $650 worth."  I shared that this was unacceptable to me.  I did not create the damage and should not have to take any of the responsibility for payments.  She said she would check it out with Provider name locked. and get back to me.   September 27, 2012 Email to Provider name locked. offering my gratitude for her kind and smart input.   September 28, 2012 [Friday] Received an email from Provider name locked. .  This is the first email since the one she sent me on Sept. 11.  Provider name locked. stated:  "I was under the impression that you were working with our Senior Customer Service Manager, Provider name locked. .  I will contact her to see why you have not been contacted.  Thank you for your patience.  In two previous emails to Provider name locked. , I specifically stated my reasons for no longer communicating with Ms. Provider name locked. .  In fact that is why I tried to reach Provider name locked. and why I was able to get in touch with you." I did response to her email as follows:           For a variety of reasons, I chose not to be in touch w/ Provider name locked. , because #1 she absolutely did not get back to me as she assured me she would-I left a minimum of 7 voice messages & talked with her, because I phone her.  She said she'd phone me later that day, the next day, Monday, etc. #2. Getting no response, I tried to get info on Provider name locked. thru SC/ST website(s).  No such luck.  I googled his name & found an article on his award.  I then emailed the journalist & emailed Mr. Provider name locked. & you & I were put in touch as the CEO was at a conference.  I thought this connection would be more positive.  I am not in the least bit interested in further contact w/ Provider name locked. .  I have documented all the reasons, which I have previously shared with you.  Did you not save the emails I have sent to You    OCTOBER 1, 2012 Phoned Sleep Train Customer Service and left a message.  No return call made to me. Also sent an email to Angie's List, providing a brief summary to date, including Sleep Train's offer to split the cost of the carpet replacement and my response to the suggestion.

  • The bed was terribly uncomfortable, mother had to sleep on the couch. When she called to return it she was told she had to return it within five days of the order. She did not receive the bed until a week after the order. Their response was " That's our law."Her lawyer could not do anything for her because the contract says that the bed might not arrive until after the return date expires.This, I am sure is strictly within the law, (although it seems to me it should be an illegal contract) but it certainly is not within theethical parameters of a company I would do business with.

  • We visited on two separate occasions and spent a few hours laying on several mattresses before making a choice.  Provider name locked. , the owner and only salesperson, clearly explained differences between products and gave us ample time and space to make our decision.  The prices here were lower than any I could find on the internet.  I would recommend this store without hesitation.

    We also visited Bedrooms & More in Provider name locked. .  After internet research we decided the mattresses we liked at Six Day were higher quality than those at Bedrooms & More, for a similar price.
