  • I have gone to Provider name locked. Nails the past two months.  I have had shellac nails and regular manicures.   Both were beautifully and professionally done.  They truly care about your nails and will help you if a certain procedure is harming your nails.  In my case, the shellac nails were causing too much damage to my nails.

  • The manicurist mentioned that she's a part-time employee and she complained about working conditions. I didn't think much of her complaints until I noticed she wasn't doing a very good job with my nails. She was using the metal cuticle tool to scrape the entire surface of my nails. I asked what she was doing and she said she was "exfoliating." I told her not to do it so hard, that I need that protective surface of my nails. She was a bit gentler on the next nail, but then went back to her previous style for the next few fingers.
Then she got out the Provider name locked. board. She took it out of the package, so I could see it was a new Provider name locked. board. Then she held it at a steep angle and started filing my nails. The lady sliced through the skin and Provider name locked. blood when she aggressively started filing my Provider name locked. finger. It was like a paper cut just a few millimeters under the nail.  I said ouch and pulled my finger back.
She said, "oh, sorry, I do that to myself sometimes, too. It hurts a lot." or something to that affect. I can't believe I let her continue. A few minutes later, she put some alcohol on a cotton ball to prep each nail for the polish. She said she would avoid the Provider name locked. with the cut, then she did it anyway! D***, it hurt. She knew she was in trouble, so she asked if I wanted her to continue, I said no. She said, I'll talk to the desk so you're not charged.
An hour later I called and spoke to the manager. I told her I wanted to cancel my membership. She said she would take care of it. That was in February. I looked at my credit card bill today, in May, and realized they've been charging me $18 per month for March, April and May. I'm trying to get them to reimburse the 3 months. The people at the parlors act as though they have no control over the memberships, that it's a home-office type of thing.

  • The place was very organized, everyone was friendly, and the price was unbelievable. They also do a great hand massage and the polish is till in chip free after three weeks!
