    System Pavers
This was our third project with System Pavers and we are pleased with every aspect of the work. The end result is even better than we expected, and we cant be more complimentary on the skill, and hard work the crew. They are the best.

    Full Service Electric, LLC
This project turned out quite well and the overall experience was better than I had expected given the potential for disruption caused by electrical work being done in every room of the house for nearly two weeks. Full Service Electric is a small, well-run company and Mike and his crew were friendly, professional, and considerate of our home and daily schedule. Emily came to the house for the initial discussion about the scope of work, and Mike did a walk-through the week before the job started. Mike and/or Emily were on the job every day, communication about the work was clear and informative, and the work itself was of high quality. (Details: We provided a basic electrical plan at the start of the job, and each day we moved and covered furniture and protected household objects as needed. They used drop-cloths on the floor surfaces of each work area, patched the plaster where holes were created in the walls to pull wires or replace switches, and cleaned up at the end of each day.) Mike is familiar with the unique challenges of rewiring an older home and his estimates for the amount of time and the cost of the work were accurate and reasonable. He was flexible and responsive throughout the project, offering good suggestions that enabled us to make minor changes and upgrades as we saw the work progress. The rewiring was the first phase of our house renovation and we intend to hire Full Service Electric for the future kitchen remodel.

    Lake Washington Electric and Technologies
LWET's initial work was fairly good but follow-up on punch list items was slow and ultimately did not resolve some issues. LWET insisted that they buy fixtures in order to warranty the fixtures. We have had some LED fixtures fail within the manufacturer's warranty period. LWET has ghosted us and refuses to return calls/emails. So, that means that we have LED fixtures with long warranties that we can't replace under the manufacturer warranty because LWET purchased the fixtures.

Mike and his crew were great! He gave a detailed quote, came in on time and finished early. They cleaned up after themselves and were detailed on what they were doing. Also, I had a few last minute additions and asked to swap out the recessed lighting he had installed. They did this with no problem. I would highly recommend!

    Seatown Electric Heating and Air
Fantastic. They did all the work on time, were very courteous and respectful of our space (and our cats) and totally easy going when we needed them to fix or move things. I really appreciated their professionalism and quality of work.

Our 1940's house was in dire need of a complete replacement of the electrical and HVAC. We had knob and tube wiring throughout the house an incredibly small panel a general contractor installed and poorly tied in new wiring to, an old gas furnace that could barely heat the house and would trip the breaker every time, a hot water tank that was nearing 20 years old, poor lighting etc. We quickly realized the work needed was well beyond our capabilities of 30 somethings who watch DIY home repair youtube for fun, so we started asking around for bids. The bidding process itself went extremely well. Bryan and Jim made separate trips out to our house, took an extensive tour and asked a lot of questions. We wanted it all. Recessed ceiling lights, directional lighting, additional outlets in all rooms, CAT6A ran (more on this later), the gas furnace removed and replaced with a new one, and relocated across the basement to consolidate utilities into one area, tankless water heating, AC, ducts removed and replaced for better vent location, and the gas line ran up to the kitchen for a gas stove. We were essentially building a new house. We received the bids and while they were a little higher than some estimates we got from other companies, we felt that they had a better handle on the tasks that needed to be completed and thus that their estimate was far more accurate. Once the bid was accepted, we scheduled a 2 week block of time to get the job done. The electric team, Thomas and Steve, came out first. My biggest concern was that since we lived in the house, we would be without essential utilities while they worked. They quickly put my fears to rest and gave us a plan that would only take down a couple rooms at ta time while they were rewired and tied into the old panel. Once the majority of the wiring was done, they would then swap out the panel, putting our total downtime to only a few hours. A couple days later the HVAC team, Matt, Riley and Ryan, came out to begin work alongside the electric team. They also came up with a plan that would keep us with minimal downtime of essential utilities. The work progressed without much issues for two weeks. The teams worked with us to determine the best placement of every single outlet, vent and light, and were more than happy to make minor changes to the plans. At the end of every day they cleaned up any derbies left. One minor issue that cropped up towards the end was the realization that neither team had made provisions to run a duct for our bathroom fan (the bathroom lacked one at all). By the time we realized this, the HVAC team were wrapping up and had another job scheduled for the next day. A quick email to Bryan and Jim quickly resolved the issue and the vent was installed. In regards to running CAT6A network cable throughout the house, we had made arrangements that we would provide the cable and terminate the ends, and that they only had to run cables through the walls. The team was more than willing to work within this. However poor judgement on our part left them without enough cable to finish the runs. This coupled with other minor delays that all construction encounters delayed the finish by a couple of days. Again, Thomas and Steve went above and beyond and came out on their saturday to finish the job. The finished work is amazing. Cable are routed neatly through the basement to the panel. Each cable is labeled, and the panel is clearly labeled. The new gas heater fills the house with heat in minutes, the AC chills to the bone, and the hot water is endless. Our rooms are well lit. It feels like a new house. One final note; our family is a bit outside the cis het norm. We're a poly triad with two trans women and a cis bi guy. We have trans pride flags all over the house and in our windows, and we're not shy about being *****. No one from Seatown had any issues with this. Pronouns were respected, no awkward questions or stares. Overall I would highly recommend Seatown Electric Heating and Air. We have some additional items we'd like to have get done and will be having them back out.

We had them do a variety of projects involving wiring and lighting. They did an outstanding job. Taylor and Steven were fast, efficient, professional, friendly and we couldn't be happier about the job they did. We're giving them a call immediately the next time we need some work done.

    RENTON ELECTRIC INC
i rate this company exceptional! I had 2 estimates before Renton Electric and really, the third time is the Charm! Both of the other 2 companies nickeled and dimed everything until the cost for a few light switches and to instal 3 light fixtures was over $800! They also tried to talk me into replacing my electric panel for $2500. Anthony was the best! He came in was very straight forward with the cost and even offered me a 10% senior discount because I found him through Angie's List! He was honest and true to his word. He fixed and installed switches and light fixtures in about 1 hour and now, my lights work! I have lived in this house for 27 years and the downstairs lights have never worked properly, but Anthony fixed them! He had such a happy and positive attitude as well. The cost was $208, much more reasonable and 1/4 of the price of the other 2 companies!! Yes, I will definitely use (and recommend) Renton Electric again for all my electrical needs. VERY satisfied customer!

    Raincap Construction + Electric
It went fantastically well. First of all, Chris Peterson, owner and General Contractor, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Not surprisingly this personality carries down through his team and subcontractors. He has been around long enough to know the best. He is very responsive and provides his years of expertise to make the project come out perfectly. I have used him in the past for other remodel projects and will keep doing so into the future.

    Kitchen Plus
Everything was great. My kitchen and bath are beautiful!! We first walked into a competitor's store in Kirkland and customer service there was very bad. In fact he said that he was closing in 5 minutes and to hurry up. We then arrived at Kitchen Plus in Bellevue and was warmly greeted by Sophie (who sadly is no longer there). She was our designer up until she left and then Jessica took care of us. Thru the whole process of designing, everything went smoothly. Tom drew up our plans and called us if he had questions. The project finally started in December and 6 weeks later in was complete. Our project manager was Chris Pygott. He is great and very professional. He knows what he is doing and very good at it. He explains everything and if there was something wrong, he took care of it. In fact the whole team at Kitchen Plus is great from design, scheduling, and sub-contracting. The schedule was met even though it was thru the holidays. They cleaned up every night when they left and they even had a professional cleaner go thru the house when everything was complete. Great job Kitchen Plus!!
