    O'Neill, Dr. Bruce C.
Dr. O'Neill is a top-notch scientist and physician. Takes time to inquire and understand lifestyle stimuli and reactions. Develops a thoughtful approach to the many facets of maintenance care, and is not afraid to provide the patient latitude to make evaluations and minor adjustments between visits. Spends time to share interactions and causation, so the patient is confident in his care.

    Pamila Keech MD
I have seen Dr. Keech regularly for several years. Kidney problems can be scary, but she is always kind, low-key, and reassuring. She takes time to answer questions and is very well-organized. Within days of lab work, you get a detailed printout showing all the results and explaining them in simple English. This is very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Keech to anyone with kidney issues.

    Philip King MD
He was recommended by a doctor at Virgina Mason. We are very please in all aspects. He explains what he's thinking and why, is meticulous in dealing with our complicated case, and has a great sense of humor. We would highly recommend Dr. King to anyone needing a kidney specialist.

    He, Dr. June
My blood count showed that my kidneys were failing and so my regular doctor sent to me a specialist. She said that they looked really bad and told me to start drinking a lot more water and come back in three months and I did. They were improved. So, as long as I drink water, I am fine. She is excellent. She is very knowledgeable. Availability was very, very difficult because she only works on Fridays in Federal Way.

My primary care doctor is also a specialist in nephrology and he is the best physician in the world.  I am also a doctor and he is one of the most knowledgeable people in the field.  His staff is great; they are wonderful, competent and highly useful.

    Philip King MD
I arrived early.  The doctor saw me a few minutes after my appointment time.  He spent plenty of time taking my medical history.  He made sure I understood his diagnosis and was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions.

    Astier Alem MD
Dr. Astier Alem takes all the time in the world. You never ever feel rushed. She explains things from A to Z so you understand it in layman's terms. She is very thorough in getting you to understand the disease and treatment. Dr. Astier Alem is very warm, approachable, she listens, and she is very easy to talk to. You actually want to talk to her.

    Nephrology Assoc. of Kitsap Cnty.
Dr. Eady has been my nephrologist since 1994. She is a wonderful, caring doctor who is also very thorough. She took care of me through kidney failure, dialysis, and now is managing my care after my kidney transplant. I can talk to her about anything. She is very compassionate, and everyone who comes in contact with her loves her. I really like the fact that she listens to me carefully and addresses my concerns. She also has an excellent staff who are very friendly and competent.

    Eastside Nephrology & Hypertension
Mom has been seen at Dr. Fleet's office for about 18months. During that time I have never had a concern that something has been missed or that an incorrect treatment has been ordered. They are very good at keeping track of the details and following through with lab results. I plan for Mom to keep seeing this provider as long as is necessary. There has been no reason to consider changing providers.
