    I do not have the words to express how grateful I for finding these guys. I left a Health Insurance nightmare in Florida and these guys got me immediately set up, I have had an amazing experience going through Molina and the UW of Washington Medical Center. I have had several procedures done. Everything has been smooth as silk since I contacted Health Insurance Team. After the nightmare in FL, my expectations have been exceeded at every turn.

    Excellent! It's a totally new knee, a medical miracle. Infection control measures were exemplary. Actual cost of the surgery and care was covered by insurance, so the cost I report is from insurance forms. We paid only a small co-pay on employer-sponsored insurance plan.

    A Place For Mom
    Their assistance was invaluable. My father progressed within a year from living with me to requiring assisted living to memory care to 24 hour nursing/memory care. A Place for Mom provided me with information on all levels of facility, both large and small so that I could better find suitable placement--which in my father's case changed often. They checked in with me frequently both by e-mail and phone and were extremely helpful and supportive. They were knowledgeable and patient. I would have no reservations recommending them as a first and probably last contact an inexperienced caregiver like myself would ever need. Words cannot express my gratitude for all that they did for me and my father.

    I guess their price is reasonable. I don't normally shop around when it comes to this stuff. The quality is very good. Most stuff we buy from them is prescription items. They know what they are doing at the pharmacy. I have had a few problems every once in a while but, nobody is perfect. Their communication is very good. The customer service is good. They are a little understaffed on occasions but they like all businesses, they are trying to cut corners. Normally, it is quite good.

    I worked with Ann Miller, who was unfailing gracious and patient, and highly competent. My current insurance company was raising my monthly premium for 2016, my job contract was ending with no new one in sight, and I wanted to see what lower-cost alternatives were out there. Ann asked me the right questions, listened hard to what I told her about what I wanted, presented a few possibilities, and helped me move forward with my choices. It was a long process, involving a single office visit, several phone calls, and numerous e-mails, with paperwork going back and forth for a couple months (we started in November, finished in January, in part because one of the insurance companies was slow), but it was worth it--really worth it! I have much better coverage than I had before, and am paying less! My only regret is that I didn't contact this company earlier.

    They provide excellent service and they are very responsive to the needs that we have.  I think that their service is easy to access.  You can schedule your appointments online.  You can order your medications online and they?ll be sent to you.  You can communicate directly with your primary physician in the email and he will respond to you and answer your questions or schedule an appointment.  So it?s really easy to access any of your medical needs in their online provider.

    They're convenient and usually pretty good. They process everything quickly and so on. The pharmacists and technicians seem to know what they're doing and doesn't take too long to get your prescriptions filled. You can also do the prescription over the phone and then go on and pick it up.

    I had to leave there in December as our insurance changed, but we had used them for 5 months. The pharmacist and all of them are great. The customer service is great. They work with the insurance companies, and the doctors to get authorization, they did a great job. My husband really likes the head pharmacist. They made it a very painless process. They have a really good service to be able to automatically call in and order your prescriptions and then they had a phone service to notify you when it was ready.

    I've been with Group Health since 71. I just like them. They're very good. Their premiums are competitive with other companies. I certainly like their service. Their service is very good. My wife is from Philadelphia. After we got married and she moved out here I was trying to get her healthcare with Group Health. She won't know who they were. I said, "Well, they're an HMO." She said, "I don't want any HMO" because of all the negative press about HMOs back in the 80s and 90s. But, once she started using them, she is sold on them now.
