Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • I've had mixed feelings about this salon, all depends on the stylist I work with.  I've worked with four thus far and only one was exceptional.  I'll start with the good experience(s) and work my way down.
Provider name locked. was my original stylist and I love how well she listens to what I describe and show her in pictures.  Hair is a very personal thing for many, including me, so this is important.  I show her what I want and don't want.  She has always delivered.  She does well with curly hair.
Provider name locked. went on maternity and I booked with Braeden who did aright.  He has great curly hair so I was hoping for the trickle down effect.  It was okay.  Meh.  Not bad.  Not a wow haircut.
Provider name locked. was busy one day for a trim and style so they threw me with someone who wasn't very experienced. Forgot her name. She kind of trimmed away the structure Provider name locked. had created and made it blah.
New stylist I got today, Provider name locked. , was very friendly.  He didn't appear very involved in the pictures I showed him or the description of the color I requested.  He did clean up the haircut I received from Braeden which was a couple of months old.  I asked for balage (spelling??) highlights and he gave me a full foil job and said this was his technique.  My hair color looks no different from when I arrived - except one blonde streak next to my ear.  I also asked for bangs and brought in a great picture of the bangs; they hit below the eyebrows.  I, however, received extremely short bangs - above the eyebrows.  If you have curly hair, or a professional job, you know this just won't work.  I feel like a ten year old.  The bangs are quite Provider name locked. to achieve... I could've done better, myself.
If you're going to this salon, in either locations, try to get in with Provider name locked. .   I have had such a rough time - blew 200 bucks to look worse than when I arrived.  That's just offensive.  But it got worse.
    Customer Service Portion:
Angie (I believe is her name) first listened to me and said she would refund me for the haircut.  That offered some comfort but that still didn't change the error.  Then she offered to refund the coloring but went back on that refund because she said her "general manager said no".
Bottom line is: if you don't know who to go to, they will stick you with a poorly trained, inexperienced stylist just to fill the slot. If you're unhappy with whomever they lobbied for, expect them to keep your moolah :(
Essentially, after the haircut refund, I paid VAIN 140.00 to look like a 4th grader from 1957.  Get Provider name locked. or go somewhere else because they really don't have a good business model when their stylist(s) mess up.

  • I really like them a lot. It is a very professional Provider name locked. . It uses many great stylists and has an efficient front desk team as well. I would rate the price as A for the quality that you get.

  • I have been going to them for over fifteen years. It is a local Provider name locked. . I do not have any dislikes. It is great. It is just a wonderful place. They do fill up so depending on your availability. In the past if my schedule was flexible and when I worked in Seattle, I could get in easier than where I work now because I work a little bit outside of Seattle, and therefore, I could only come late in the day or on Saturdays. So maybe, it takes two weeks for me to get in, but that is because of my situation. The only thing is they are more on the expensive side, but other than that everything is top-rate.
