    Legal Heat
I recently completed the concealed carry / firearm safety course through Legal Heat with Instructor Earl Brigham, in Tulalip, WA. This training is extremely useful and worthwhile and prepared me for permitting in the states of Utah, Arizona and Oregon. I learned a great deal and enjoyed Earl's presentation of firearm safety, pistol components and operation, as well as, real world scenarios that should be considered. I highly recommend this course!

    Legal Heat
I just wanted to give some feedback on the CCW course I took with Earl and Legal Heat. I found him extremely knowledgeable and professional. Having been around firearms and in law enforcement for many years, I was pleasantly surprised at how many things I took away from this course! I plan on having my wife go through this as well. Thank Legalheat and Earl for all you do, it is greatly appreciated.

The class was excellent. Being retired Army, the information that the instructors put out was awesome because there are still lots of things you don't know. Laws are different when shooting at a military range versus shooting for your safety in your home. That rule shoot to kill if they come in your home isn't always a good rule, the intruder has to be trying to hurt you or your family before you can shoot them. This is good to know even though I pray that my alarm Company would stop an intruder with the way the system works. This class is definitely worth the money and then the $25 Sportsman gift card was an unexpected bonus. I'm recommending my son take this class too. Also the fact that they help with the paperwork for Utah and Arizona was great!

    Adventure Sports Gun Headquarters
The people inside there are incredibly knowledgeable; they know their stuff. They have really good customer service. Their prices are in line with everybody else but they are a little high. They are really on top of it. If I have questions I can go in there and get them answered, even though I may not be buying something from them. We had a house fire and lost everything. I put something on layaway at this store before the house fire and I was due to pick it up. They called me saying they had a customer that was interested in the item I had laid away. They asked if I was going to pick up the item so I explained I had just had a house fire. This company then asked if it was okay if they released my item from layaway and then followed up saying they would buy me another of the same item and sell it to me at the same price as the piece I had originally ordered. This was during a time period when prices had gone way up. They had a customer that really wanted the item so I told them they could do it. They honored that and held on to it for about two-and-a-half months until I got my insurance check so I could go and purchase it. That's what I call customer service.

    The Marksman Inc
They have an excellent selection and a very knowledgeable staff. They have classes available and a wide selection of ammunition and holsters; basically anything that you would use in your shooting needs. They have so many customers that come in there and they're very busy.

    Wade’s Eastside Guns
They have a lot of item to buy. For somebody like me, if I thought I wanted to buy a hand gun, I would not even guess what to buy so it's an advantage that we can rent their guns. I do not have anything to compare it.

    Champion Arms
They go out of their way to help you. It is a clean facility. They are very knowledgeable. It was really good for what I was buying but it depends on what they have in stock. They do have it not go better in prices, if they run out of stock on those then they are more expensive. The prices are good.

    Discount Gun Sales - Lynnwood
They have 3 or 4 locations and I use the Lynnwood store. Over the past year we have spent over $10,000. The thing we like is that they concentrate on their customer, which is pistols and black weapons. What we don't like is that they advertise by their name which says Discount Guns, and they are really not discounted but they have a really good selection.  Their pricing tends to be a little on the higher side but their response back to us on questions is pretty good. Some of the sales people are pretty good but others are not very professional.

    Champion Arms
I wanted a refresher course in firearms safety, and also an opportunity to start breaking in a new semi-automatic 9mm with an experienced professional present to assist if I experienced any malfunctions. The instructor was a former Marine and I had no doubts about his knowledge and skill base. I would have appreciated a little more personal instruction and more time for questions, but there was a lot of material to cover, limited time, and about fifteen other students. I'd recommend the class. The nice things about Champion Arms is that one doesn't have to be a member, it's a strictly pay as you go business. For a range though, I ended up signing up with the Bellevue gun club. The city of Bellevue requires memberships at all of their ranges, but their rates are very reasonable, the A/C works better, and there's more parking.

    Wade’s Eastside Guns
Long wait time, work was performed but not completed. The price and wait time is high compared to other gunsmiths. If you can find a good one within your locale, go there. As to their range, it is nice, membership prices are competitive, classes are excellent, BUT there are frequent unexpected closures.
