    Hone Sewer Construction Inc
I am the type of person who never writes reviews but I feel I have to. We had a 20 some foot length of sewer line fail after many years, everything was backing up in the house. A very popular plumbing company wanted an arm and a leg to replace and they didn't really seem to know what they were talking about. Got the strong feeling of smoke being blown if you know what I mean. They said it would take 3 days to fix. Called Vince with Home Sewer Construction and he came to the rescue. The man knows what he is doing as he has been doing this kind of thing and many other types of work for many years. Think he could perform surgery with a backhoe. Vince and his crew got the job down in a day and a morning and actually got us up and running the first day. They worked quickly and carefully. He was very careful not to hurt the lawn any more than necessary. If I needed any work like this in the future he is the one I would call without hesitation. I fully recommend Home Sewer Construction!!!

    Jafco Sewer Repair
During routine inspection of a sewer line for root intrusions, a hole was discovered. The side sewer was shared by 2 other buildings including a laundromat. Aaron coordinated with the other 2 building owners to find a 24 hour period where the work could be completed. Work was done in the time promised and clean up was excellent. I had other bids on the job which were several times larger and would take much more time.

    Eagle Rock Landscaping, Inc.
I have known the owner of Eagle rock (Tim) for a while. When my Company was commissioned for a commercial project that required stylish and structurally sound soil retention, I remembered Eagle rock and their 28 years of experience in the rockery business. This project required expertise, timeliness, and precision, as it was adjunct to a major arterial and residential corner. To add to the matter, the size of the project was considerable... and the Rockery had to be built FROM THE TOP as there was ZERO street level access. I've attached pictures so you can see the beautiful result from the professional execution. As expected Tim showed up at the agreed time, and without sacrificing safety and attention to detail, the project was completed beautifully. Eagle rock also managed to wrap up the project very efficiently. Tim's crew was professional, personable, and amazing to work with. Sometimes the experience of these projects can be stress filled and very overwhelming for residential clients. It's nice that eagle rock was very personable while performing such an amazing service in the capacity they did. One hundred percent will hire again on any future rockery or retention needs.

    Wu Construction
We had a fantastic overall experience with Wu construction. Victor was extremely responsive and communicative. Returned my initial call immediately and came out to evaluate our project the same day on a Saturday. He was very conscious of not doing more work than was necessary to achieve our goals and very focused on the quality of his work and the satisfaction of our experience. He gave a fair quote quickly and scheduled and completed the work in less time than he promised. He continued to be available and responsive throughout the process and his crew were on time, were respectful of our property and did great work efficiently. Victor came out to personally review the completed project with me, again on a Saturday, before receiving his payment. We couldnt be happier with their performance in every aspect. I only wish he did more than just foundation work!

The project cost and time more than doubled (25k -> 50k), with increased scope due to their miscalculations. It would have been much worse if I hadn't intervened and asked questions along the way where I could tell they hadn't thought through the design fully. Jeff worked mostly alone, with staff of 1-2 other people sporadically showing up and disappearing. They are not staffed to work on large projects. On the plus side, the quality of the work is solid.

    Filco Company Inc
FILCO was able to schedule the tank decomissioning within the insurance time frame (PLIA), and provided the needed information quickly to meet the insurance requirements. The price was about the same as other companies. They have good knowledge of PLIA requirements and have a working relationship with the representative from PLIA. The team of workmen arrived in a timely manner. They removed the tank using mostly hand tools, which was necessary at my tight and cramped site. The workers were skilled and experienced in the field. The interior patches are neat and discreet. I would not hire them again because during moving the tank to their truck, some oil remained in the tank and spilled all over my lawn. This could have been prevented by preparing the tank before moving it. A small amount of oil was also dripping off of their truck into the alley. They left this, and did not return immediately to clean it up. They did return after a few days to pick up the now-contaminated soil. But I have gouges in my lawn from removing the oily soil.

    Jafco Sewer Repair
I own a home in Ballard and was very pleased with the work and clean-up. I called several sewer companies and Jafco was not only the first to respond but also the most reasonable in cost. I highly recommend.

    Five Star Global Builders Inc
Vendor was extremely quick and responsive to my demo needs, they came and scraped my house and removed debri all within in 4 days. Peter was awesome at communicating from the start to finish keeping me up to date and oversaw the crew quickly dismantle our house in prep for a new one. It was a painless experience after my original demo guy cancelled his date and I was in dire need to get this done ASAP. Price was basically same as my other co and would definitely hire again, my site was spotless after they were complete. Highly recommend

Bob Oates Sewer Rooter & Plumbing LLC
The team inspected our sewer again prior to beginning their work. As I understand, they replaced our original clay pipes with the pipe bursting method and relined the remainder of the line from the sidewalk to the main. Their work, safety barriers, cleanup, and concrete repair was all top notch.
