I was anxious to start training my rescue dog soon after he arrived, as I didn't want to establish any bad habits. I got a referral to Provider name locked. from someone at a breed rescue group, so figured it would be a good match. At the first session, after the initial interview and evaluation, Provider name locked. handed me an agreement for the "Foundation Work Program", consisting of 8 private lessons. I signed and paid her in advance.
Provider name locked. cancelled the next two training sessions, then arrived over 25 minutes late for the next . When she failed to show up, without any notice or explanation, for the next session, it was clear I was not getting the service I had paid for, and was concerned about the lack of consistency for my dog. I sent the trainer an email expressing my disappointed and detailing the poor record of service, asking for a refund for the balance of the training sessions. I've heard nothing from her since!
I really can't evaluate her capability as a trainer, as she didn't show up enough to know! The lack of professionalism, however, is a clear warning to avoid this provider.

It was very interesting. Start - all the humans together telling her what we wanted for our dog. She let my kids talk first so me and my husband didn't put words in their mouths. Then she went to meet Provider name locked. who was in our bedroom. She told us before Provider name locked. could run away, saunter back and forth looking over her shoulder, rush this trainer to try to eat her, or take a few steps back obiently. We had no clue what to expect, but Provider name locked. started by backing away and rrrrin'g/like not quite a grow. Then she said I get it, and came forward a little bit and all by herself went into a down with a OOF release of energy. It was fascinating. She just gave all the (crap) she has been throwing at us up, said HELP ME it looked like.
Okay like so from there it was really good. Provider name locked. was let out of the room but she kept following Lyndy around like she had a t-bone steak in her pocket, but she never used treats. Provider name locked. just dug her. We practiced Provider name locked. home stuff about no longer on furniture, on a "Lazy Boy Chair" blankie on the floor instead. We practiced not letting her lunge out of the back door but not asking her to sit (hurts old dogs we learned) but WAIT but slilent. Beautiful. Then up down stairs now Provider name locked. is not allowed to run in front of us she stays behind.
Then out to the walk. Here's what all you need to learn. Short leash but relaxed. Very small tiny pop to put your own Provider name locked. back in place. With other folks and dogs and whatvers, don't wait until it becomes bad. Get in front of it before it happens, and then it is real easy. Provider name locked. totoally got it!
Back at home when we go to Provider name locked. 's food or toys and get bit, now we know how to OWN. The house, the food, the toys, our kids, everything. Now Provider name locked. owns nothing, we just share it with her.
I would say the best thing is that Provider name locked. was always very nervous, kinda bristly. Now we know we have to be patinet and repeat a lot, but I have never seen my dog really relax in her life. And now she is doing so.
I hugged Lyndy and boo-Provider name locked. 'd with tears at the end, I was so relieved. It was the best under $200 bucks I have ever spent in my life. And compared to the $2K I've spent for dog training in the past, what a huge waste.

These dogs are high powered dogs. They are breeding dogs and they are very smart. Her dogs are known to have good temperament. She keeps contact and sends us videos and photos of the puppies. Her price is reasonable.- Susan Q.
