Stamped Concrete reviews in Seattle
Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results
We originally hired a Seattle firm to re-seal a concrete floor. We goofed, and did not read the proposal carefully, and paid a company a lot of money to wax a concrete floor when we thought we were getting a re-sealing.
We hired these guys to strip the wax and actually re-seal the floor. Ugh.
We should have hired these guys in the first place.
They were very good.

I got bids from several contractors, but Provider name locked. was the only one who really listened and brought up things that I hadn't even thought about. I could tell that he really knew what he was talking about, and he walked me through the entire process of what types and colors of finishes we could choose.
Though CSS wasn't the cheapest option, they weren't a lot more expensive than other providers.Provider name locked. and his crew were very professional -- always arriving on time and being un-intrusive (a plus as I work from home). They also went above and beyond. After they had gone home for the day, I noticed that an outdoor drain was obstructed by part of the construction material. The crew came down that evening to remove it just in case it rained. That's going above and beyond.
The job took less time than was quoted, and we are very happy with the result.

We were fortunate to be on vacation when the bulk of the work was being done, as the job entailed tearing up part of our driveway to accommodate some sprinkler pipes. Provider name locked. sent us picture messages of the work as it went along, and we could not be happier with the work!
We came home to a beautiful grey flagstone textured concrete patio. Provider name locked. placed several decorative cuts through the finished patio to give it a large square pattern, and as a fortunate side effect, the cuts helped channel the rain runoff so no pooling would occur even in the heaviest downpour. He built the edges to blend seamlessly with the existing retaining walls and driveway so that it looked like it was always there.
Our yard does not have a perfect geometry due to being quite old when it was originally zoned, but Provider name locked. was able to make some very straight lines for the placement of the fence posts. The end result was a place I call perfect!
We were so happy with his work, we hired him again to help with a new fence addition; ripping out an ugly old chain link fence and replacing with wood.
