  • Great service. Came to our house, replaced the windshield in less than an hour, and adjusted the price when the serviceman did not have an optional windshield wiper replacement. I would definitely hire them again.

  • Very smooth and easy and professional. Called and easily able to set up appointment for mobile service next day (Safelite needed 2 weeks to schedule). Installer came on time, efficiently replaced windshield and that was it! All team members friendly and easy to work with. Total charge with tax was $330 and I paid $250 deductible for my insurance.

  • * My call was answered on a Sunday even though they are not open on Sundays. * The repair was scheduled for the following day (Monday). * Every person I had contact with was friendly and professional. * The quoted time was 90 minutes to 2 hours - they were done in an hour. * The car had been thoroughly vacuumed inside when it was returned. * The window looks great! * The price was almost $100 less than the big auto glass competitor, after I used my $25 Angie's list coupon

  • Absolutely disgusted with their service. First time scheduled, they actually showed up, but with the wrong windshield. Second time is now a no show no call. When I call the main office, they are aware that they wouldn’t be out, but didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know even after emailing me this morning to verify the appointment. WORST customer service I've ever received in the automotive industry. No, in ANY industry. I’ve wasted two days waiting on this company and still no new glass. Why in the world does Safeco use this company? Now calling Safeco to file a complaint request a different company.

  • After spending a lot of time on the phone to make sure that they have the right windshield for my Toyota RAV4 and waiting for a week, they showed up with no windshield and rescheduled me for another appointment two weeks later. And you have you wait at home from 8 am to 5 pm because until the day of the appointment they don't give you a more narrow time of eta. Now I have to go around with a cracked windshield for another two weeks and wait for them another day.

  • They provided a very fast email quote, even though it was a Sunday evening. They were able to do the mobile repair at my house the next day. Installer was actually able to come earlier than scheduled. Installation was done quickly, looked great and he cleaned up thoroughly. He told me what to expect with regard to some possible remaining glass in the door. Excellent service start to finish!

  • It was covered by my insurance. They were very friendly and all of that. I ended up having to go back, because I wasn’t really happy with what it was looking like, but they explained to me that is how it is. It took about 20 minutes.

  • It was covered by my insurance. They were very friendly and all that, but I ended up having to go back because the nature of rock chip repair, it's kind of a clear goop, epoxy kind of thing, that they ooze into the kind of a spider that starts to form on your windshield. It doesn't make it go away completely, it just prevents it from expanding, so that you need your full windshield replaced. I ended up having to go back there because I wasn't really happy with what it was looking like. But they explained to me that's how it is. They were good on responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. Punctual, professional. It took about 20 minutes, so it wasn't a long relationship.

  • Terrific. He was very responsive with his communications, gave me a better price quote than the other bidders, added no surcharge for doing the work at my home (rather than bringing it into the shop), and was able to get everything taken care of within one day of my initial inquiry. The work was done well and quickly.

  • It was great. When I called to make an appointment I was told that the size of the rock chip (about the size of a dollar bill) made it too big to repair and I would need a replacement windshield. Which isn't covered by my insurance. I made an appt for mobile service. When the technician got here he looked at the placement of the chip (on the passenger side, low) and said he thought he could repair it. He was able to make the repair and I didn't have to pay a thing! He was very clear about what to expect (there are still two slight flaws in the windshield, which he explained in advance would be there and I was fine with) and gave me the information I needed to make a decision to replace or repair. He was on time, knew his trade and was very professional. The people at the office worked with my insurance company and everything went very smoothly.
