I emailed Provider name locked. Services with a description of the errand I was hoping to have completed in Seattle (the purchase of some mugs from the original Starbucks), since I live in Minnesota. Provider name locked. responded the same day and said she could complete the errand the next day at 1:30. Promptly at exactly 1:30 the next day, she texted me to let me know that she had arrived at the Starbucks. She took pictures of the mugs and then called me to follow up and get the details on which mugs I wanted to purchase. As a bonus, she suggested a package of the Pike's Place roasted coffee. She shipped the items promptly and I received them within 2-3 days.
I was extremely pleased with the whole interaction and transaction, and just wish that I had other things in Seattle that I wanted to purchase right now, since I would definitely contact Provider name locked. again. Great customer service and an all-around great experience. Thanks!!!

Provider name locked. was very responsive to our email inquiry. Though their website was pretty direct, they reiterated their services clearly. They asked for an inventory of what we were interested in consigning and let us know what was of value and what wasn't. We made an appointment for the following day to bring the items in (please note that they are by appointment only). They were pleasant in person and gave us a receipt with online tracking so we could watch our auctions. All the items went up in a few days and the auctions ended in 10. They did a great job of describing the items as well as took very professional pics. When the items sold, they went for much higher than other similarly listed items. After 30 days they notified us of our payment being on the way and we received a check a few days later. Overall, I can't recommend them enough. Selling on Provider name locked. is a tedious task and ten you have to worry about dishonest buyers. Provider name locked. made the whole process so much easier. Thank you!

I was greeted by a young man who asked if I would like a newspaper and what service I wanted. I told him that I wanted the basic service ($42). The mileage on my was was 11,500 and I had had an oil change at 7,500 miles. He somehow brought up the oil filter and I told him I did not need a new one. He told me it was included in the basic service (so why did he ask me about it?). That being the case, I told him of course.
The final bill came to $58, not including tax. I was charged $8 for an oil filter, $5.25 for an extra quart of oil (the basic service apparently covers only 5 quarts of oil and my car apparently takes 6 quarts), and $3 for skid plate removal labor, whatever that is.
I paid without complaint, but I feel that I was the object of some shady practices.- Bill B.
