    CARTER BROTHERS REFRIGERATOR REPAIR
I was overcharged for replacement of a circuit board in my fridge. Carter Brothers charged me $350 in labor for a repair that took less than an hour. I should have done my homework before accepting the bid, it was only after the work was done that I looked up the cost of the replacement part which was about $150 at retail. Pretty sure Carter Brothers paid less but total bill for this work was $500. I contacted the owner afterward and asked for a partial refund, he said he would refund some of my money. I have yet to see a credit back on my credit card and that was 2 weeks ago. Make sure you do your homework before approving any work done because there are people out there willing to take advantage when the opportunity arises and this is one of those companies.

    Good Guys Refrigeration
Just outstanding customer service and fair pricing. Great communication and very polite. Max went above and beyond driving down to Tukwilla to get our part faster. Installed the very next day. Came out to our house in north Seattle after 7pm in order to diagnose problem and order part. Cleaned out the dust under unit and explained the issue and repair very well every step of the way. Would definitely hire again. He's very good!!

    Puget Sound Appliance Tech LLC
The repair work went very well. It was difficult to find someone to work on a Samsung dryer. Jordan and his assistant readily accepted the assignment. They showed up right on time, rapidly diagnosed the problem - failed heating unit and thermostat - and also noted that one of the pulleys was not rotating freely and the belt was frayed, They had all the parts in their van and restored the dryer to working order in about 40 minutes. They restored the laundry area and left tbe place as if they had never been there. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

    Mark Wiseman Appliance Service
Our freezer was not getting cold enough and, over several phone calls, Mark spent time to diagnose and suggest no-cost solutions that we could try. When these didn't work, he scheduled a service call. He gave me a ballpark estimate of when he would come and said he would update me on the day of with a more precise time. He showed up exactly when he said he would and resolved the issue promptly with a fair price. He is one of a kind in the home repair world.

    CARTER BROTHERS REFRIGERATOR REPAIR
Good - they came for initial call for which there was a flat fee but which would apply toward total. Overall fix was expensive ($500 essentially) but I don't have anything to compare it to so not sure if that was a reasonable price or less/more than competition. Two visits were needed - first to assess, then order parts needed. Came back within three days to fix. Very nice guys.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon. Nick called back the next morning and arrived by 10:30am. To get the dryer to start he replaced the thermal fuse. I asked him to replace the heating element and the belt. He was very efficient, had all the parts and the price I paid was very fair. His card is now on my fridge for future reference. Excellent service.

    A&T Refrigeration & Appliance Repair
On the work order that I placed on Angie's list with A&T Refrigeration and Appliance Repair, I indicated that our circumstances did not warrant an emergency response. Andy contacted us twice. The first time we were not home and the second time, we set-up an appointment. He arrived when he said he would. He examined the stove, contacted LG regarding the problem, determined what part would be necessary, and then set-about seeing whether that part was available, its cost and potential timing of its arrival, and the total cost to fix this issue with our 2012 LG stove. The nature of the design of the stove with touch features and integrated control systems meant that the part would not be cheap and the cost of repair would thus be expensive. We chose to use the stairs to our basement and the circuit breaker as our new off switch. Andy was prompt, efficient, and communicated clearly regarding what the repair would entail. We were disappointed in the LG stove as our previous stove had lasted almost 30 years before it needed a far less expensive repair (and with that repair it lasted another 8 years).

    Good Guys Refrigeration
Max was wonderful! He arrived same day that I called and even came after typical business hours! "SAME DAY SERVICE" motto came true. He mentioned he will even answer a call on weekends. I tried 4 other appliance repair businesses and others could not do same day or would not give me a "window". Even driving over the mountains from Eastern WA, he kept in touch by phone or text, and arrived within one hour of expected time. THAT is impressive. Also promised he had his vehicle full of a new shipment of the brand parts I might need. True to his word, the suspected fan part needed was available and installed within one hours time. He showed us the broken fan. He also checked the coil and for freon leaks, (okay there) and gave thorough explanations for everything. My husband was impressed and very pleased too. We are happy not to have to replace our beautiful 11 yr old refrigerator. Everything is getting cold in there now!

Excellent! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Repair took less than an hour; Matt was efficient and timely. He was willing to go the extra mile when scheduling even if it meant a time later than originally discussed.

    Good Guys Refrigeration
Max came out and did a last minute service call late on Sunday. He was at my place within 2 hours on a Sunday. He fixed the refrigerator which he was able to get back running and also fixed a censor which he had stocked in his truck, NO PARTS ORDERED. He was polite and kept me fully informed of the repair services.
