  • The service by the guy from Provider name locked. was great, but by the time they arrived our Kitchen Aid gas oven was lighting just like it should...of course. However, his feedback about the oven was good, he clearly knew his stuff, and was very professional. The cost of visit also includes coming back if the problem occurs again. And we will.

  • Provider name locked. was very professional and walked me through step by step what to do. Although he didn't see my machine, and went only by the make and a few descriptions, he knew what he was talking about and was able to guide me through testing the machine. After a few quick troubleshooting items, the dishwasher did actually work, and saved Provider name locked. a trip out (and me from more expensive repairs) but he definitely has one happy customer!

  • Replacement of icemaker went very well, though Provider name locked. needed photos of the serial numbers of the fridge and icemaker; I couldn't get to the ### of the icemaker but had gotten it from Kitchenaid Customer Service.0
Provider name locked. supplied the part, which was fine - buying the part super-cheap online is fine if you're going to install it yourself, but it's not really fair the expect a professional to then come out and do it for you - and arrived just as scheduled.
He not only replaced the icemaker which was so difficult to access that he brought a mirror to see the mounting screws (which is why we didn't attempt it), but fixed a jamming of the ice cube tray which had bothered us for a year.
Good work, neatly and cleanly done.
