  • Excellent. Ajay came out and did a pre inspection to ensure the appliances would fit before I ordered them. Once the appliances were delivered, the work was performed in one Where modifications were needed in order for the appliances to fit in the existing space, the team was able to make the modifications. Also, they were knowledgable about code requirements.

  • I found the representative to be rude and unprofessional. When I asked him if there was someone else I could deal with in his company he said I should choice a different company. I asked him again and got the some response! I latter found out that he is the sole franchise in a 50- mile radius so there was no one else. He constantly complained about the traffic when making an appointment. I could not understand why this was my problem. He failed to disclose this. I found out by call corporate who offered no alternatives! I choose to go through Angie’s list to avoid these and of people that are typically found on sites like craigslist. I am sure this is an exception and will continue to use Angie’s list as long as this does not continue to happen again.

  • He could not find anything wrong with the washer & dryer (which determined renters were not using properly) and identified the problem with the dishwasher.  It was $40 for the initial visit and $168 for him to return with parts and complete the needed repairs. Great communication, on-time, and even agreed to meet me on a Saturday.  He came back for repairs when he said he would.  My renters had to meet him for the repairs as I could not be there.  Renter followed up with me to let me know he completed the job and they were please with him and would recommend him to others...thus making me a an even more satisfied customer!

  • I've used their services more than once and it has always been outstanding. My refrigerator shut down during the holidays and they showed up at the end of the night just to see if there was something that they could do to save me from losing all the food. However, they didn't happen to have the parts in their van but they were able to fix the fridge right away the next day. They went above and beyond when they decided to come over in the middle of the holiday season to see if they could help.

  • About a week ago our 7 year old, Kenmore Elite dishwasher died completely. No lights, no power, no anything!  Kaput! As it had been "repaired" for a different issue the preceding month by another not-so-good company, I was convinced its time had come and started looking at ads for its replacement. After the smelling salts revived me from the ensuing sticker shock, I went on to Angie's List for a last gasp, Hail Mary attempt at saving the machine . Based upon the large number of very positive reviews I decided to contact Mr. Pham the owner of LP Appliance repair. Some days you're lucky and some days you're not. This was definitely my lucky day. After my four word description of the problem " my dishwasher is dead", Mr. Pham asked if I was currently at home, what his service charge would be, and, if it was convenient with me, could he drop by in 45 minutes. My response was "Absolutely"!
    True to his word, he arrived in 45 minutes. Upon encountering " the machine" he went to work in a very methodical, logical, and obviously well practiced process. Within 20 minutes he emerged from its belly, held up a very small thing and announced "this is the problem". He repaired it, reassembled the unit, plugged it in, and voila ..... the lights came on, the control buttons beckoned to be touched and, once again, the Kenmore Elite Dishwasher came to life to fulfill its destiny.
    I found Mr. Pham to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and, by comparison, very affordable. 
    From my dishpan hands to my wallet, hats off to you Mr. Pham.
    I am definitely keeping his card.

  • It was a great experience. We just bought the house so we're still discovering all the quirks but having the dishwasher leak on the first use was pretty annoying with the frequency we need to use it. I called Monday morning and LP came out within the hour. He had to get one part and the whole repair still only took about an hour. He left the work area spotless and was very nice throughout. This will be the first call I make whenever I have any problems with a large appliance.

  • Ace Appliance is the best! My apartment size dishwasher cost as much as a and quot;normaland quot; size dishwasher and I was not looking forward to having to buy a new one. I called Ace Appliance since the last time I had work done on it through the dealer it cost half as much as buying a new one. I was told they had to look at it first to see what the problem was before they could commit to fixing it. The man that came out was professional, polite, and thorough. The dishwaser suffered from too much detergent build up that had hardened over time. He scraped and scraped and got the filter out and got the pump working properly, and told me what to do for the future. It is 100% better than it was before he arrived. And all that for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Ace Appliance to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future. They know what they are doing!

  • I called Don Castro at GARS at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday morning surprised that he actually answered the phone I was expecting to leave a message. I explained that the oven in my stove was not working and that we were in pickle because of a huge party slated later on that night. The caterer inadvertently started turning the knobs of my stove and the central system locked it down. Don listened and gave me a few suggestions all had been tried the night before based on the suggestions from the internet.
    He suggested that he would get back to me if he could squeeze me in since he had many appts on Saturday. He also said I was free to call other companies since he was very busy but he gave me a few ideas about what may have happened I called him back at 10:00 when I was told by another company that they could not give me an exact time either and so I was unsure if Don or the other company would make it in time for all the cooking we had to do. Don called about 12;00 and explained that he thought it was the thermostat, he purchased one and was on his way. I was not here when he arrived and he spoke with my husband. When I arrived about 10 minutes after he had arrived, he had the stove out, swept the back of the stove and went on to adjust the back of the stove (not sure what he was adjusting). He then gave me a price quote of 398.00 for replacing the thermostat and assured me that the stove would be back in working order. I felt that I was in a jam since the stove was out, the oven was still not working and he said that he could replace it and just have not functional. I had to pay the amount - Don gave me a first time customer discount and brought the price down. He was nice to the ladies helping in the kitchen.
    The stove became functional once again and our party was a success. I forgot to ask for the package of the thermostat and to see the old one....I may still call and request it.

  • He instructed me to clean the area where the drawer seals on a regular basis which I had not been doing and use less detergent to cut down on suds. He told me if it occurred again to call him and he would come back. He was very professional. He had booties on as to not track into the house. I appreciated that as the kitchen floor had just been cleaned. He gave me his card an itemized bill.
    He had been to my house before to fix my gas stove that had a major problem due to incompetence of another repair man sent be my home warranty company. When Gilbert showed up I was a bit leery but he came in diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and repaired the problem. Haven't had any more problems with it.
    If you need a repairman for any of your appliances I would hope you will give him a try.
