  • From my first estimate appointment (Provider name locked. Pusatelnik) the very last encounter (Project Manager Sven Vingo), everything has been exceptional.
These are the things I felt were exceptional:
    1.  They gave me credit for $700 supplies that were not needed.
    2.  They put in 2 rain barrels at my request.
    3.  They cleaned after the project.  They did not leave personal trash.
    4.  At my request, within 24 hours, they returned to remove the 13 bolts from the downspouts straps that they not removed i6 months earlier at the time of the work.
    5.  Due to privacy concerns, I asked them not to list owners' names on their advertised list of former clients due to privacy concerns.
I would highly recommend this company.

  • First, they responded to my phone calls within a day, answering all my questions prior to signing the contract.  When we agreed to have Provider name locked. replace the roofs on our 2 porches, they put me on their schedule which was about 2 weeks out.  They called a few days before the work was to be done, to confirm the day and time.
They showed up on time (actually a little early).  They removed all the old shingles, flashing, etc.  Nothing was left in my backyard.  They installed the new roofing and trim pieces.  The work was completed as expected.  They were very careful to picked up all the debris, nails, etc.  Which is very important to me, since I have dogs. They were nice and polite, and  they CLEANED after themselves, so much better than other contractors we have hired in the past.
Now, we just need a little more rain to make sure the porches don't leak.  They do guarantee their work, so I'm expecting no problems.

  • Contacted Provider name locked. on 09-21-15 and requested a date for an on-site visit to develop a bid for a new roof and solar install.  Having not heard from them in over a week I left a 2nd request on 09-29-05,  at which time we were able to schedule an appointment.  On 10-07-15, the estimator arrived at my residence and was greeted by my daughter who explained I was unable to be present but would speak to him by phone.  I spoke with the estimator while he was on-site and explained in detail what I was looking for and answered all his questions I was told  no problem and I would receive my bid in a few days.  After waiting  six days I contacted  Provider name locked. on 10-13-15 asking when I might receive my bid, I  was told Friday evening on 10-16-15, odd time but sometimes I work late, too.  Well, you can guess where this is going.  On 10-20-15 I received a message apologizing for the delay and was informed my bid was ready but they needed my email  address, (Provider name locked. ?)  which I provided on the same day.  Fast forward two weeks and guess what... I am still waiting.  Really, why go to the trouble and expense of sending someone out to do an estimate if you don't intend on delivering it?  You wasted your time...and mine.  Not to mention how unprofessional the whole communication process was.  At this point I am glad I did not receive your bid because I can only imagine, based on your history, how long or how many excuses you would come up with for delays in doing the work.
