They arrived on time, and had the piano into their moving truck within 15 minutes! The piano arrived on time, as arranged, at our house. Very happy with their efficiency. It's worth noting that, two days prior to this, I'd arranged with another piano moving company to move the piano. They threw in the towel after 60+ minutes of trying with their 3-man team... advising me that they would have to schedule a 4th man. They were unable to get the piano up the stairs in the first house. This is what prompted me to find another moving company. My thought was that a San Provider name locked. based company would have more familiarity/experience dealing with tight spaces and stairs. Given the very fast move out of the first house, this seems to have been a good hunch. Great service, and the movers were very professional and easy to work with.- Nigel C.
The move itself was fine, and they took excellent care of the piano. However, they did not call to schedule the job, did not have a working answering machine, and then when I did manage to make contact on the day of the move, promised to be there in an hour to hour and a half, but didn't show up for three. They didn't call to let me know that the time had changed. The move was already stressful, and I didn't need the aggravation. I was on the verge of firing them and hiring someone else when they actually came to pick up the piano. In their favor, their fee was reasonable, and they did well once they got there.- DOUG M.
