missed every.single.deadline. Totally unresponsive. A 3 month project is now in it's 8th month and they have essentially walked away from the project after failing Final Inspection. Again. Pathetic. Don't hire these guys for anything. Especially don't hire their so-called Architech/Civil Engineer Antonio Prado. Many issues started and were made worse by this waste of an engineer. Poor design, incomplete documents, errors on the documents, and a complete unwillingness to make them right. What a mess.

The quote over the phone was really convenient.  Just number of rooms and registers and a few other things were asked.  They got back to me within a few hours with the quote.  They also were available 2 days later which made it really convenient since we have renters moving in soon and wanted the work done.

They arrived on time.  Jose, the lead, was professional, spoke great English and explained everything that needed to be done . He even helped determine that the new addition on the house didn't need to be removed and helped to reduce the cost (only by $50 but... it was something).

They set up their amazing containment areas and stayed on property the entire time since the house is totally open during the removal.  I was feeling a bit worried about security but Jose said they wouldn't be leaving.  They cleaned up everything very nicely.

They came when they said they would, put up appropriate plastic barriers and HEPA filter and removed the blown on ceiling from the sheetrock in a bedroom. They did a good job getting it off the sheetrock, without damaging the sheetrock. They cleaned up the work area well.

It was a mediocre experience. Nothing bad and nothing exceptional. I think there was a little miscommunication. Some of the people came from the main office and some people were local so arranging things was a little difficult.

I chose them because they are on Angie's List and there were a number of people that our insurance has recommended. It was all done well. They had somebody in charge who keeps in track of everything and he was good. It took a long time. They were very professional. I trusted all of them. It was a good experience.

We had mixed results. They got the ceiling down but it was not a clean job. They released a lot of dust into the air and throughout the house. I wouldn't call it 100% successful by any means. They did not contain it as well as it should have been. I would not recommend them. It was a long process in the whole remodeling job. The price was mid-range. They did manage to bring in people to correct things. If you count how many times it took to get things done, it was not a high quality job.

Synergy scheduled an estimate and arrived on time.  They e-mailed an estimate with a contract and other pertinent documents the next morning.  Signed it, faxed it back and scheduled the work.  They were the lower of two estimates.  I had used the other company on another occasion.  Two employees showed up before 8 a.m. and worked a long day to remove vinyl floor laid over particle board.  The asbestos-laden glue was sandwiched in the middle.  They nicked a couple of kitchen cabinets and dented the sheetrock at baseboard height in one spot, but that's acceptable considering the job.  I would have liked a call the Friday before confirming their arrival time; I figured they'd probably arrive around 8 a.m.  I also hadn't received an invoice in the mail before the work was done so that I could send the payment with the crew as I had understood would be the process.  Not a big deal.  I sent the check based on the signed contract.  Bottom line:  Good work and good experience.  The way it should be.

We bought an older house with some asbestos encapsulated ducting ontop of the furnace and since furnace was in a closet next to the kids room, we wanted to have someone look at it.  The estimator came out and advised that on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being deadly dangerous, this was probably a 1 but if we really want it out of there, he will send us an estimate. The estimate came a couple of days later and since it was not too much money, we went ahead with the removal.   The removal crew came out on time and consisted of 2 guys, both professional and courteous.  They sealed off the section of the house and after the work was done, got a called from them, went back to take a look and everything looked clean, so I am happy with the work they did.

This company was sub-contacted out by ABC heating and cooling for the heating duct removal.
They arrived on time and did a very professional job. Cleaned up thoroughly after that job and made sure that all the ducts were sealed tight. They completed the removal work in 4 hrs and were done ahead of schedule.
They disposed off he hazardous asbestos based on EPA guidelines. We got a letter from the waste disposal agency informing us of appropriate material disposal.

Alliance was very professional to work with. Above and beyond the abatement effort, they took great care to protect the antique woodwork in our home (they very carefully covered the vents in our home to make sure that the tape didn't touch the wood which could be easily damaged). The proof that they did a great job is the final test results: we had the air in the basement tested after the abatement and it came back totally clean: no fibers in the air in either the basement or the crawl space.
