Provider name locked. , the owner, showed up exactly on time and provided an estimate that was at least 50% less expensive that two other estimates we received from competitors. He was also the only company who offered to visit my house and look at the windows (other companies asked for pictures and measurements to be sent by email/text). He then showed up exactly on time for the installation, which took about an hour. The quality and execution of the work were excellent. Thank you!

Called to tell me he was running 15 minutes late, even though he was still well within the 2 hour window he had requested. Exceptionally thoughtful of him. The work was fast, clean, and complete. I'd definitely use them again.

Mr Provider name locked. has our $200. deposit and the 2 pedestals that were previously holding the slab of granite. They had been screwed into a thin piece of plywood that was aging badly. We needed a metal top (which would look like an oval shaped security door welded to the pedestals) to hold the weight of the granite. I finally sent a certified letter on Provider name locked. .4, 2012. The post office apparently could not find Mr. C to give him the letter, left him a notice to pick it up at the post office, which Mr. C failed to do. It took until Feb. 24, 2012 for me to get the letter back, and it was marked "unclaimed" by the post office. I had also sent a copy of the letter by regular mail, and it did not come back.
He told me the table was beautiful, finished, he would deliver it, even gave me delivery dates, and then back tracked to that he had to get supplies, it was coming along, would be done soon, and on and on we went in this Provider name locked. . He finally said he would return the $200. and when I said, "and the pedestals," he said, "yeah, yeah, yeah." That was 12/30/2011 and the last I heard from him. He was due here at 1p.m. that day. No $200, no pedestals at this point.- Marilyn S.
