Window Replacement reviews in San Francisco

  • Wonderful. They did a great job and were very professional.

Then 3 months after the door had been replaced my husband walked right thru the screen. On a whim I called Provider name locked. company and they said that the screen should be covered under warranty.

They ordered the new screen and had it shipped directly to me at no cost.

    I cannot be more pleased.

They are easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend

  • Description of home:  Edwardian built in 1902, 3 story in San Provider name locked.
First contact: Provider name locked. came out and gave us a quote. He was fine.
Scope of work: We contracted Provider name locked. solutions to replace or our old 'original' windows.
Because we live on a very busy street we were in need of windows to aid
in sound dampening. So we opted for double pane windows of varying degrees of densities e.g.our windows facing the street were thicker than then at the back facing our yard
Job + crew: Provider name locked. loses all of its points with me due to the crew and job execution.
    - I am fluent in the language of the crew Provider name locked. sent over. Several times during the day as my neighbor came in and out the made very unprofessional unpleasant remarks about her. I felt very uncomfortable and could not wait for them to leave.
    - The crew made remarks about how old the wood was around the widows, they removed and installed everything anyway brute force. It was not until they left I noticed cracks on several of our 100+ year old window sills. (i later complained the front desk lady said there was nothing she could do)
    - The crew left dirty hand prints, streaks and stains on our white walls around each sill after they left the job site.
    - The crew left one window unfinished because they said they had run out of materials and would come back. A week later I called to ask what was going on the front desk had  no idea that the job was not finished. They did not agree I had work left to finish so i had to send them pictures as PROOF! The fact that the crew had neglected to mention to the front desk the work was not complete blew me away. There was a huge unmistakable gap. They sent someone out to fix the gap (See pictures). Upon finishing the window would not open so the crew person said since it was already installed I had to call the manufacturer to fix it!
    - I called the manufacturer to fix our window (he was amazing) He inspected our windows and asked why we had thick ones at the back and not the front. To our dismay the crew had incorrectly installed them! You had to look into the window between the two panes to notice, but its clearly marked where it should be. We paid a premium for thicker windows  out front. How could a diamond certified company make such a big gaffe?
    - I call back, they send the same gritty crew to switch out the windows, again i can't wait for them to leave.
We have been with our windows now for a while and are happy with the windows themselves. But every time I notice the cracks on our window sills I regret ever contacting Provider name locked. .
I do not recommend this company for any historical homes or older builds. New construction seems to be their wheel house and in my experience they have no consideration or finesse required for older homes.

  • Went great. The salesman greyeagle was on time and very easy to work with. The replacement team had the job done in around three hours and the windows look great.
