  • My plan is to go to LA and then go to Disneyland and Universal Studios. I wanted the agency to book the airfare and to recommend a decent hotel located between these two attractions. The woman who answered the phone answered the phone with some words that didn't sound like English. She did not indicate that I had called Provider name locked. Co. I couldn't understand what she was saying, so I asked to speak to someone else. I think it's very bad business practice to have a person answer the phone who can't talk clearly or who doesn't speak English. When I started to tell them what I wanted, the person I spoke to didn't even let me finish my sentence. She said they didn't arrange tours. I told them I didn't want a tour, but at that point the woman helping me started talking over what I was saying. I tried to tell her no tour was necessary, I just wanted a hotel that was located somewhere in between these two attractions, but she just kept talking over me and then, without ever understanding what I wanted, she told me to go to Expedia. I was very dissatisfied.

  • Did not go well. The price I was quoted was good on the phone, but they said that I needed to go in person to their office to pay in cash. I said OK. When I got there, I had to pay, but they said they could not give me the ticket now. They said they would mail it. I argued saying that I wanted to get the ticket now, or at least have it mailed via FedEx. They said they only do regular mail. Finally, I relented because I needed the ticket. After I flew, I tried to Provider name locked. for Frequent Flier miles, and I was told that the class ticket did not accrue miles. I was never told that when I purchased the ticket. Kind of a shady outfit.

  • This is the first time I've used Provider name locked. to book the trip I'm currently on. The problems started when I arrived at Provider name locked. Airport last night (8.1.2013) to pick up my car from Provider name locked. and was informed that they don't accept Debit cards although the info Provider name locked. provided clearly stated that Provider name locked. does accept "Credit and Debit/Check cards in the primary driver's name". All of the other car rental agencies did accept debit cards but they had no cars available. So I was stuck in Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. 54 miles away from my final destination without a vehicle and it was late at night. I ended up taking a taxi 54 miles to Yreka which cost $158.00.
When I called Provider name locked. today they had no idea that Provider name locked. doesn't accept debit cards. Then they told me they cancelled the car rental protection fee of $36.00. Just by Provider name locked. I checked my email a few minutes later to discover that Provider name locked. cancelled my return flight reservation! When I called Provider name locked. back to insist they fix it immediately, they were contrite and blamed it on their system.

Needless to say I won't use Hotline.com ever again.
