  • The good part: she is personable, easy to talk with, thorough in her exam and completely professional. Doctors in the past have recommended reading glasses, which I invariably took off, preferring to read without glasses. She said my reading prescription was almost that same as my current eyesight, that it would be a waste of money to get reading glasses. This was the first stem anyone has said this in 45 years of wearing glasses.
I ordered two new pairs: 1 for regular use, 1 for the computer. Was told they would take about 2 weeks and they would call when they came in. The followup was not good.
I was called a week later and told my glasses were done, but had been sent to the wrong place. It would take a few more days. Seemed like good news that the glasses were done early. I called 5 days later and was told they weren't in; then  2 days later and they still weren't in, but did I know that my computer glasses were there? I didn't. No one had called and they couldn't' say when those had come in. I picked those up and was told they were calling the manufacturer to check on the other pair. Turns out the glasses weren't done early. They had called to get approval on a change of the lens coating. No approval had been given, so we lost a week. I was told they would be in early the next week. I called again on Monday afternoon: they weren't in. They called me on Tuesday to say they would come the next day around 10:00 AM and they'd call me when they arrived. I called Wednesday a little after 11:00 AM and they had arrived. I picked them up just now and as an afterthought asked how they handled the balance due - I paid half at the order. They hadn't notice I still owed them and thanked me for reminding them.
The important part they got right: the glasses are great. And it's not that big a deal that I had to wait an extra week for my glasses. But I don't have confidence in their followup. And you'd think they at least have said they were sorry for screwing up. Not a word.

  • I am very happy with them. They were very accommodating, and they were very prompt. They did a great job in terms of doing a good exam and prescribing the right glasses. The whole process went fine.

  • They are very nice and we think that they do a good job. They take care of eyes, have wide facility and take care of it very stylishly. It’s a very good stuff and I really like them for the price I pay.
