    Presidio Sport & Medicine
At first I was a little skeptical about the open floor plan and the suggestion to see the massage therapist, but I came to see how helpful this crew is and how well they work together.  I also like the open space.  It doesn't feel like a hospital setting and instead feels like you're working out at a gym.  Highly recommend.

    Train With Gerard
He's very enthusiastic and energetic.  He has a high level of skill and has a masters degree from Colombia University.  He's a good guy and I'm glad I'm going to him.  He's generous with his time.

    Finish Line Fit
Jeff is very professional...always on time, and definitely knows his stuff.  He is on top of the results of his clients, keeping track of body stats and he makes sure I am doing my "homework"!  Best trainer I have ever had!!  He does some sessions outside when the weather is nice (and when it works in with our program) and also has access to a private training studio for our indoor sessions.  I have no complaints!!

I really enjoyed the classes, even if they were sometimes tough. The only downside was that sometimes there was some confusion with days of the week/ payment, but I think that goes with any situation where you're looking to someone to do what's not really thiier job (fitness instructor does not equal accountant). However as far as the classes went they were great, they took into consideration everyone's ability and were able to keep everyone on target. Sure, there were times I didn't want to go, but on the whole it was worth it and I feel like I'm in way better shape now. I even noticed that "core training" makes me a far better snow boarder (I went from from terrible to average!)

    Presidio Sport & Medicine
I had a great experience at Presidio Sport & Medicine. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. In particular, my therapist, Sydney James, was absolutely the greatest - I truly believe that I could not have completed as successful a rehab as I was able to without her. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to my injury, including an apparently encyclopedic knowledge of the anatomy of the shoulder. Above that, she provided the kind of attention and encouragement that you're not going to get from your surgeon, and she was always happy to answer my endless questions. I also felt that my exercise program was extremely effective, never too easy, never too daunting - the trainers who worked with me were all great, by which I mean they were knowledgeable, observant (always able to spot a flaw in the execution of an exercise), thorough, and supportive without fail.

    SCHNELL SCHNELL BOOTIE CAMP
Absolutely love it! After years of slogging away at the gym, Schnell Schnell boot camp is so refreshing! I had some anxiety about getting up in the morning and the need to be chirpy, but I had nothing to worry about. Jeannette is incrediby motivating and gets everyone moving. How nice is it to have your workout first thing in the morning so you don't have to think about fitting it in after work?? I'm kicking myself I didn't sign up earlier...

    SOL GYM
I was used to other gyms, so I wondered what the trainer was going to do with so little equipment. I was very surprised and pleased by the combination of doing exercises on a ball or a balance stand and alternating quickly that I got a good workout. We did different exercises every session so it was always interesting.

    THE MINDFUL BODY
This is a great place to go for a massage. Their therapists indicate the types of massage they do (Swedish, shiatsu, sports etc.), so if you know what you want you can request a specific person. I usually just take whoever is available when I call because I have had great experiences will all their therapists. I highly recommend them for prenatal massage and prenatal yoga classes as well.
