  • don't even waste your time with Apple's leasing alternative. It's complex, takes a lot of time and effort, and ultimately we simply called the process to a halt. You're much better off to buy ON LINE, and be sure to get the top of the line support so you can take advantage of their genius bar if need be.

  • Sales guy was just okay, but they had a good laptop that I wanted on sale that had all the options I wanted. Whole process was relatively painless but not outstanding.

  • I came in this store to buy the new iPad mini as gift for my best friend.
I understand that they get very busy at times, but I waited on the table where they had the ipad minis.
I stood there patiently waiting as their sales associate was assisting
another person. The other people on the table were simply playing with
the Provider name locked. . I stood their just watching her help the customer & then a
new person came by across the table & she asked him if he needed
help. Mind you, I was standing right next to her, patiently waiting
while she helped someone else. I had already played with the ipad mini
demo, so I just stood there waiting & looking at her(I'm only about
1-2 feet next to her). Finally, after several more minutes of
helping that 2nd customer, another NEW person that just walked in taps her on the shoulder
& she proceeds to help him out & ignores me for the 3rd time!!! I finally said something to her & she rudely replies to me, "Sorry but it's really busy right now." I just walked out. Perhaps they are just too busy to give reasonable(not even good) customer service at this store. I'll just go to Best Buy or buy it online to avoid such a frustrating experience in the future.
