  • It was a very unpleasant experience.
The designer, from GIlmans Kitchens and Baths,  I was working with used them to order cabinets.  I did not know anything about cabinets, but liked the color of the Provider name locked. .  After placing the order, my designer pointed out that the Provider name locked. would look like a Provider name locked. and then showed me pictures on  We decided to change the wood.  It was still within the acceptable time period after the order.  We changed the wood from Provider name locked. to Maple and then picked a maple stain.  That was the only change.  Two weeks later the cabinets were delivered.  I was assured that they had processed the change order.  They were stored in storage until the contractor was ready to have them delivered.
Because the contractor, Provider name locked. of Provider name locked. Building and Design, was behind on his work, the cabinets sat at the warehouse for 5 weeks.  When they finally got delivered they were the Provider name locked. wood, even though I paid for the change to Maple.  I was not happy about this and after another week of back and forth with the designer and her dealing with KitchenCraft, they told me they would redo the order.  It was difficult for the designer to get an answer from them on what they were going to do and this left me wondering if I would be stuck with these cabinets.
It took them 2 weeks to confirm that they were going to redo the order, and the cabinets that were delivered sat in my condo for another 2 week.  Because of this timeline the project that started in September had gone til November and they picked up the wrong cabinets the week before Thanksgiving and then delivered the second set of cabinets the week after Thanksgiving.
Upon redoing the order, they messed up again.  This time it was the right wood, however the cabinets were all the wrong sizes.  Out of all the cabinets they sent, only 5 were usable and 9 were wrong.  In looking at what they sent, it also turned out my designer measured the kitchen wrong.  So the designer measured the wall to be 105" when it was really 98.5"  The cabinet she ordered was 27" but instead they sent a 30".  Neither the 27" nor the 30" would fit in the space.  They were supposed to also send a 27" cabinet for the upper area, but instead send a 33".  They sent several 22" wide cabinets instead of 21" wide cabinets, but even the 21" cabinets would not have fit in the space as again my desiner had measured the other wall wrong.  They sent me a 22" wide pantry instead of a 12" wide pantry.  The back panel for my penninsula was also too short, as it was supposed to be 42" but instead was 34" tall.
Of the 9 cabinets that were wrong, we ended up using 4 of them, this meant that we only had to replace 5 cabinets.
The reorder of the cabinets took another 5 weeks.  They did not pick up the wrong cabinets this time, they only sent the replacement cabinets.  The new cabinets did not arrive until the second week of January.
The issues did not stop there.  I noticed that the color of the oven front was much darker than the color of the rest of the cabinets.  To get them to approve the redoing of the oven cabinet took several weeks and also it did not get delivered til February.
The only saving grace of this whole ordeal is that KitchenCraft was willing to fix the issues, which included multiple times or redoing the cabinets.  The other saving grace is that they flew from Canada to meet with my designer and go over the issues.  IO have no idea what came out of that meeting.
I do not know if I would use them again. Angieslist does not have a maybe option.   I would probably not use them again, however I put yes, because they were willing to keep shipping cabinets and parts till I was happy with what I received and they could have just said no and left me with cabinets I did not want.  Also I did not have to pay for all the cabinets that were screwed up.

  • We hired Provider name locked. to remodeled our master bath and to install 1400 sqft of floor, basically to unify our first floor. We met with Ari (designer/project manager) to see the spaces and discuss possibilities. Our second meeting Ari presented us with several design ideas. We were so thrilled with her ideas and her openness to make suggested changes that we hired Provider name locked. . They took a very outdated bathroom and redesigned the entire space. Now we have beautiful closet cabinets, new vanities, huge shower and most important a luxurious tub! The Provider name locked. team was very professional and has kept all promises.
Then few month after we hired them again for a rebuild of our disorganized laundry room and bar. The results are beautiful. We will call on Provider name locked. again.

  • I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Provider name locked. was incredibly responsive from the very beginning.  He is a great communicator and very easy to work with.  I had a laundry list of what I was looking for (and what I wasn't) and pointed out several challenges with the task at hand that needed to be addressed.  He was very receptive to the information I provided and in return, asked a number of questions that gave me confidence he understood what I had in mind.  He sent someone to measure the closet (Provider name locked. - also a great guy) and from there, he sent a sketch of what he had in mind, which was perfect.
When it came time to install the doors, they were meticulous and spend extra time making sure everything was perfect.  (We live in San Provider name locked. so everything in our house is a little crooked which required some extra effort to address.)  The closet doors are perfect!  My husband and I couldn't be happier with the final product.  The process from start to finish was easy and seamless.  I am already planning on working with Provider name locked. again on another project - a custom kitchen table!
I highly recommend Provider name locked. & Cabinets!
