  • Provider name locked. Boeder provided excellent friendly service, a thorough test drive, and found me the exact car I wanted. She went above and beyond to get the car delivered to me the same day. The entire staff was very professional, attentive, and gave us the full Mercedes experience including red carpet vehicle delivery. The showroom is conveniently located, has a customer parking lot, and displays the cars gorgeously. Update: The finance department left a lot to be desired. We requested a copy of the lease at the time of purchase, but later found that they had only included a copy of the lease application. It took weeks of email requests and phone messages to finally get the copy, and no apology was offered for the inconvenience. Also, after experiencing a tire blowout (due to an object in the road) about 2 weeks after purchase, our wheel and tire protection plan had not yet been entered into the system, so the service facility did not know we had it. The individual who processed the financial paperwork did not seem competent. This in no way reflects on the sales staff, though they could have been more proactive in making sure the financial department did not drop the ball.

  • When I bought the car he was not willing to negotiate. He stated it was in tip-top shape. Since then I have had to put about $3,000 into it to fix what was wrong and it has broken down on me. All the wires in the car were cut and the Provider name locked. attempted to re-wire it but it didn't hold up.

  • I contacted them regarding a Provider name locked. CRV 08. Provider name locked. replied by email with a price quote. When I arrived at the dealership and looked at the car he informed me that the price he quoted did not include accessories. I looked at the price and it was a thousand dollars more. I told him I was not going to pay that. He said he could work something out. I already had financing. The heavily pressured me to do their financing. After negotiating a price for my trade, (helpful hint- bring in a Provider name locked. Blue Book price for your trade. It is free on the internet) we came to a deal. They still made me fill out a credit app in case my financing fell through. I had a dealer check from my bank. Then the financing guy totally pressured me into buying the extended warranty "paint protection" for 798.00 Total Provider name locked. . price $3000. Are you kidding me? I declined and he was not so friendly anymore. The whole process took 4 hrs and it was awful. I feel really bad for buyers who would be easily intimidated. Buyer beware!
