During his second visit, he installed the parts quickly and efficiently. He was polite and respectful of our home. The fee was well worth it the service.     Our Whirlpool bottom-freezer refrigerator was collecting ice in the floor of the freezer and eventually dripping water on the kitchen floor. Made an appointment with Metro on Wednesday for Friday afternoon. Igor arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He showed us the original Whirlpool part (which, he said, fails a lot of the time) and replaced it with a hose. He de-iced the freezer and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would recommend Metro for any refrigerator repair and plan to use them for any other appliance repair in the future,

Cost is $40/month to cover a number of appliances (stove, oven, wash/dry, microwave, etc.). In this case, it was $80 to fix the microwave.

    This guy came within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem with my dryer before even opening it up, fixed it, and was gone in 45 minutes. Totally friendly and smart, and work is guaranteed, he said call him immediately if there is any problem and he���ll come back for free. The charges were less than expected, a real breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. spectacular! My towels come out dry as a bone

    I've had a Sears Home Services home warranty contract for 9 months. Two different times I have scheduled a visit. Both times, it took them 2 weeks to have someone come out. Both times, the day before the scheduled visit, the repairman called in sick. Fool me once, shame on me... I've cancelled the warranty contract and will just use Angies List for repair from now on.

    I hired this company to fix my dishwasher based on glowing reviews from Angies list. The company I dealt with was unrecognizable from these reviews. The person who came on the first day didn't seem very confident about how to proceed. He had someone talking thru the entire appt by phone with him. He basically cleaned out a couple of corn kernels from the bottom of the dishwasher and said that is all he found. Not surprisingly, the problem still existed after he left. They offered to come that Sat to have someone else look at it. They never showed and never called. I had to call to reschedule again. I was booked for today, but they called and cancelled again. I have lost patience and will go elsewhere, but I am really wondering how much I can trust these reviews going forward. I'm losing confidence in this forum as well.

    I��purchased services from magic carpet years ago.I did use them, and I was mostly satisfied.��The plumber left��more��of the pipe extending into the room��more��than we wanted.He��was uncomfortable cutting too close to the wall and��he��ended up leaving about 8 inches.We felt��it��should have been done much closer to the well,��it��was an obstacle. It took a couple��of hours to do the job nd did clean up the area they worked in.
