I called Mr. Provider name locked. on the phone, described the problem and emailed him a photograph that illustrated the problem. Over the phone, he asked me to run a couple of Provider name locked. tests and, a upon determining the nature of the problem, he concluded that the cost for the part + the repair did not justify the expense. He advised that instead I consider purchasing a new Provider name locked. set.
I obtained a second opinion, which confirmed Mr. Provider name locked. 's opinion and advice.
I thought this was a highly professional attitude as he looked first after the client's interests. I am posting this to applaud him. He did not charge for his advice. All the same, I decided to mail him some money for his help.

I called Provider name locked. and described the problem with my TV. It had a 3 inch vertical black line down the center of the screen. I gave him the details on my TV and made an appointment for him to service it. He called ahead of time and said he was finished with the job before mine and asked if he could come early. I said yes and he arrived in about fifteen minutes. He examined the problem and performed a test. He then marked all the cables and removed them. He took the back off the set and said it was either a connector or a board with many ICs. He cleaned the connector and checked to see if the board was available if that didn't fix the problem. The board was not available. However, the cleaning of the connector fixed the problem. He put the set back together and reconnected it. It has been working well since. This was a very inexpensive fix for an older Panasonic plasma TV and prevented me from having to replace it. Provider name locked. was very professional. I am very pleased with the service provided.

After checking the old Provider name locked. we decided it wasn't worth it to repair. He was very helpful setting up the new Provider name locked. and very patient with our many questons.
I definitely will call on this company again when needed. The best service and extremely fair in the costs.
