    Baker Electric Home Energy
Took long to get the panels diagnostics working but Baker did everything to get it working even bringing a technician from LG Korea to diagnose the issue. I recommend Baker to all my friends and family and will not hesitate to use them again if we were to move.

    Homegrown Energy Solutions
We installed solar about a year and half ago. We absolutely love it! We used HomeGrown Energy Solutions and could not have been happier. Jane was incredibly easy to work with and knowledgeable! We got quite a few estimates. We felt her product was the best value per dollar and quality without breaking the bank or sacrificing quality. We got a fantastic price and product product, plus an exceptional install. Low key, no sales pressure at all. Very easy to work with. Extreme attention to details. Communication was excellent. They worked with our roofer since we were getting a new roof at the same time. Entire process was easy and flawless. They were always exactly on time and had excellent communication. Jane is not pushy like some sales people, just chill and relaxed. We felt she was very honest. We also have a monitoring app so I can see what each panel is producing. We chose a US made panel with an extra warranty. HomeGrown Energy Solutions was really incredible! Best contractor we have ever worked with.

    ALIVE Solar & Roofing
We just completed the installation of a 72 panel solar system and two Tesla power walls. By residential standards this was a very big job and frankly we had a lot of concern going into the process. Fortunately, we chose Alive Soar to do the work and they were AMAZING! Since buying this property we have worked with quite a few contractors, service providers and material vendors and none has come close to matching the performance of Alive Solar. We are more than accustomed to people telling us they would be here on a certain date and then not showing up We have had our fill of people messing up jobs and not ever fixing them. We have been plagued by people who promised the moon, took our money and then made us miserable. NONE of that with Alive Solar. They did everything exactly when they said they would, at the cost that we agreed to and without any drama or upset. Adam and his team are true professionals and I hereby give them my very highest rating and recommendation.

    TR Construction
We had TR do a total house remodel of every room, including a new roof, Solar installation, electrical panel upgrade, plumbing re-pipe, re-stucco, and outdoor living area. And now we couldnt be happier with what is basically a new home. The whole team was great to work with as they took us through the whole process. Starting with the initial estimate from Tony, the owner, it was obvious that he cared greatly about making sure that we were completely happy with the every aspect of our remodel project. In contrast to other builders that had slick ads, showrooms and fancy seminar presentations with videos and wine and cheese telling us how great they executed remodel projects, Tony showed me real projects he had in various stages of completion. I spent a morning driving around north county following him in his truck to his building sites to see his crews in action on in-work projects and recently completed projects. His enthusiasm for what he does showed and is what sold me. TRs project estimate was competitive with two of three remodel contractors we looked at. The third, a slick design-build company was considerably higher but I assumed that was for some super high-end design service - so as a trial, we agreed to pay an initial design fee to see what they could do. What we ended up with was a mash-up of a 2D drawing, one photo-realistic rendering of a room, along with some poster board display of different samples of flooring tile and backsplash materials and paint swashes for a design that we didnt even like. We ended up doing our own design and then when we told them wed go with another contractor, they gave us all the nightmare stories of people had with other contractors, while how well they executed their projects. I had my doubts because some of my questions to them had bounced between their different departments before eventually getting back to me. So we decided to listen to our gut feel and go with TR and in the end we werent disappointed. Thats not to say everything went perfectly with TR on our project. But the key point was how well TR dealt with problems - Tony listened, worked with us, was flexible and committed to professionally resolving every issue and made sure we were happy in the end. We pretty much had daily contact with some member of the TR team for the duration of our project, and everyone in the office was friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The work crew of carpenters, roofers, painters, plumbers, and electricians were all conscientious pros and did quality work and many times went out of their way to do what was needed. Thank you TR! - we love our new home.

    NRG Clean Power
" Reyes Leyba Review from San Ysidro, CA " I went with solar because I wanted to save money on electricity and also raise up the house value. Reece came over to my house and explained the benefits of going solar. He looked at my bill and went over everything I needed to get the project started. Installers were 10 out of 10. They were really nice guys and did a really nice clean install. My black on black solar panels look wonderful on my roof. Tiffany was a great coordinator and always kept my informed on what to do. Took care of the project and made sure I was satisfied. Also great job for Robert who helped look over the solar with me. Great help from him and everybody else because it is my first time getting solar, and now I feel more comfortable using my system.

    SolarTech
After learning that we could install solar panels for no money down, we received 3 quotes for the job, Palomar Solar, Sunrun and SolarTech. Palomar Solar gave me a quote without ever looking at our Electricity bills which we thought was odd. Sunrun was way out of the ballpark and SolarTech was the least expensive. Additionally Mark, SolarTechs Rep spent a few hours with us looking over past SDGE bills and asking about future electricity usage. He was very thorough and explained the entire process in detail. We needed to replace our old roof before the solar panels could be installed. SolarTech worked seamlessly with our roofer (Sequoia Roofing) telling them exactly where the panel supports needed to be placed. Mark was great throughout the entire process and never tried to hard sell us or pressure us into getting his system.

    Sunrun
First called the Angie's List number provided and got Chase. He said I needed to call another number for commercial. Called that number and got Stephanie. She said this is the wrong number and for commercial I needed call a third number. I was clear with Stephanie that this is already my second call for the "same" company. She assured me the third number would be correct. So...I called the THIRD NUMBER and got Ken at AEE. He said this is the wrong number, and I needed to call a FOURTH NUMBER!!!! I'm done. This company is a disaster - I would NEVER do business with them! BUYER BEWARE!
