I highly recommend Provider name locked. . We are very happy with the look and color of the stucco. They did a beautiful job. We have gotten many compliments on the stucco work--in particular, from the window installer who has worked at many homes over his 50 year career!
We were impressed with everyone we dealt with—Provider name locked. the owner, Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. in the office, and Provider name locked. who is a master at door installation and all the carpentry that was required. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all aspects of the project.
Provider name locked. is a very well-run company. They communicated on a regular basis throughout the project so everyone was on the same page. They pay attention to detail and their workmanship is outstanding. Everything was always cleaned up nicely after their jobs were complete.
We are glad we hired Provider name locked. and will definitely give them a call when we are ready for future projects!

SIMPLY AWFUL!! The "handyman", Provider name locked. was frequently drunk while doing work. His business manager, Provider name locked. would occasionally be very reasonable and almost sweet, but would then pull a 180 and call me leaving swear laden messages and slurring badly leading me to believe she was either inebriated or using some sort of drug. I allowed Provider name locked. access to a storage shed on my property to store equipment for his job. I went by to check on the property and found that he was renting the shed out to a young homeless man to sleep in! When I went to terminate my business relationship with Provider name locked. he told me that if I did not pay him $17,000.00 he was going to Provider name locked. us because Provider name locked. tripped on an oversized step on our property and broke a finger. Ironic thing is, Provider name locked. purposely built the step illegally in the first place, and I now suspect he did so specifically to have the lawsuit as a backup plan. I am in the process of Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. for over $4,000.00, which they have infomred me they will never pay even if the courts order it.
PS: His business address is a lie. He has no affiliation to that property, I have checked.

Provider name locked. Grant and his crew have performed several projects on our home beginning in the fall of 2011 through the spring of 2013.
We started with leaks around several windows that required extensive weatherproofing and new redwood residing; then a leaking small roof-top patio that required waterproof re-flooring. All projects were finished timely, on budget and to our ultimate satisfaction. Satisfaction on the small roof-top patio involved a small area, where the water was causing serious interior
staining and which job had been attempted by two others unsuccessfully.
We then embarked on replacement of 13 custom size/shape single-pane windows for duplicate sized dual-pane windows. Due to extensive termite damage the project morphed from window replacement into windows plus a whole-roof replacement - shake shingle for fire retardant tiles.
Finally, we had Provider name locked. and his crew remove interior wall-to-wall carpeting in several rooms and refinish one large room that has unique redwood flooring.
Through all these projects we have been very happy with estimates, progress reports, and outcomes. Provider name locked. and his team are very professional and quick to respond to calls or messages. Also, he works well with clients when things become problematic, as all jobs do. Our jobs have run the gamut from very small to the god-awful "drape your house in plastic
while we take the roof off your open beam ceiling house." In retrospect we couldn't have been in better hands.
As we plan our next project, Provider name locked. is on standby for our call.
