    Professional Roofing and Solar
It was a pleasure to work with Jesus Martinez. He was thorough, courteous and professional. He inspired confidence immediately with his knowledge of his field. He also pointed out areas to keep an eye on for future maintenance.

    Sequoia Roofing Inc
Rudy and his team were amazing. They started the job on time, cleaned up daily, and finished the roof in just over 2 days. I've gotten several quotes. These guys were the best value by far. The product they use is high quality with awesome warranties. I had to organize the take down of my solar panels with another company and sequoia (Rudy) was always easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

    Sequoia Roofing Inc
Sequoia Roofing recently replace the underlay of our 30-yr old roof, re-layed our existing tile and installed new bird stops. Rudy Turner, our point of contact, was always responsive and explained the process so we'd know what to expect. The crew was extremely courteous; they worked very hard and got the job done faster than we would have imagined. They also showed a lot of respect for our yard and our neighbors' yards with the clean-up during and at the end of the project. We are really pleased with our new roof and would certainly recommend Sequoia Roofing.

    Professional Roofing and Solar
Excellent! 15 years ago I had John replace the roof on my property. I did my diligence and got quotes etc. PRS&S won the job. Last year the new insurance company required me to get a new roof. I did my diligence this time by just calling John. My property is large with multiple tenants. The workers were great & made sure tenant concerns were addressed. They replaced 40% of the individual roof boards (no plywood), most all of the sofit boards, and all of the soffit vents. I can't list all they did but I now have a completely new roof with multiple vents. I'm very happy with the workmanship and the price.

    Weathermaster Roofing Services
I think this is my 3rd review for the same job, but I keep thinking of more positive things to share about Chris and Weathermaster. We originally had a leak in one part of the roof. Chris didn't think the entire roof needed replacing at this time, but since we were also going to have solar installed by another provider (GC Electric Solar), we went forward with the whole roof. Chris's bid was the most affordable for the same product- Owens Corning Duration Cool shingles; while I loved the other options, I chose Night Sky color to best blend with solar panels. It has a layer of Titanium UDL 30 underlayment as well as all the new flashing, 4 new turbine vents etc. This shingle reflects heat away from the attic, reducing the amount of heat transferred into the home. This category of Cool shingle comes in 10 attractive colors. Chris brought a sample board for me to see selections. (The solar guys really wanted to do the roof too but they could not come close to Chris's bid for the *same product*. I'm glad we kept the two projects separate.) The work was completed quickly and my husband and I were so impressed by the hard working crew. They did not mess around, but got the job done. The finish was broom clean and debris hauled away. We did discover the gas hot water heater vent pipe had been knocked off its proper position on top of the heater from its manipulation during reroofing. One call and Chris came pronto, fixing it himself that evening. Chris itemized the invoice as we requested, showing costs for the section of roof which would be under the solar panels, and the rest of the roof. Our accountant advised we could include that portion supporting the panels in factoring the solar tax credit (26% in Jan. 2020) The panels weren't installed until February as the demand was high. It looks great and we are very happy we made this investment in our home. Do not hesitate to start your roof project with a call to Chris at Weathermaster Roofing (C-39 Lic. #1035229) Thanks again Chris- and Heather in the office :)

    Weathermaster Roofing Services
Chris and his Weathermaster team did a quality job on my single-story lift and reset concrete tile roof (lift and move tile, strip old paper, reset nails into OSB, repaper with double ply 40lb SBS UDL, replace all flashings, adding ventilation, etc, and reset tile with proper headlap). His work was inspected and permitted by the City of Poway. His team was meticulous in quality, on-time, on-schedule, reliable in communication, and absolute experts of their craft. I am an engineer and expect everything to be done by the book and at the highest stds of quality, and Chris and Weathermaster didn't disappoint. I would highly endorse Chris and recommend his service (and in fact I already have...to a neighbor of mine).

    Best-Rate Repair & Termite Company
Incredible. Best Rate was recommended by our gutter contractor as the best company to fix our damaged fascia and shadow boards in advance of having our gutters installed. Best Rate's estimator, Don, was honest and realistic about the repairs needed. His bid was fair and transparent in pricing. The friendly crew was prompt, professional and completed the project on time. After the job was completed, my wife and I noticed a small issue. I contacted the office, and they send out a crew first thing the next morning. That repair was expertly completed with a smile. We could not be happier with the final result and the entire Best Rate team. Highly recommended!

    Approved Contractor, Inc.
I shopped around with other window and stucco/paint contractors before I chose Approved Contractor. Justin gave me a very detailed quote and worked with me to help me decide and define exactly what I wanted. He convinced me to go with the elastomeric coating over doing a re-stucco job because of its benefits of heat reflection, waterproofing, and it was basically the same price when you include the painting of all the eaves and trim on the house. I received a very fair price for each of the items and services, so decided to go with him for my entire home improvement project. Everything went quite smoothly despite delays of materials from suppliers due to COVID. Justin kept me informed as to progress of the manufacture and delivery of the windows, and was very responsive to my questions. The subcontractors he used to perform the work were all very skilled and professional. There were quite a few different people involved because of all the different things I was having done, so it got confusing at times when someone came to the door to do the day's work. In all, it took about 1 week to install 25 windows on my 2 story house (including sliding glass door), and 1 week to do the prep and paint/coating work. A few thousand $ in extra, unexpected expenses popped up, like replacing some dry-rot wood, extra stucco work around my new front door, and extra tiles for the new roof area, but Justin offered most of those additions to the contract at cost. I also know that there are often unexpected things that happen with new construction or reconstruction that cannot be seen and bid on beforehand, so I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners with the extra costs. My house looks beautiful now, and I feel I made a very good investment, and a very good decision to go with Approved Contractor, Inc.
