  • The beginning of the visit was great, and Dr. Provider name locked. himself was wonderful, but when it came time to finalize things, the finance person took over and it was downhill from there. She belittled me and made me feel like I was poor white trash. She didn't let me explain or negitoate my payment plans. She was very cold. For some reason this woman has a need to belittle others. It is for this reason that I chose not to go back for treatment.

  • She is awesome. I have sent quite a few people to her and everybody has been happy with her. She explores all options. It is not a fancy office but the staff is excellent. She doesn’t put money into the office because she doesn’t charge a lot. She is all about helping her patients and not about putting money to have a fancy office, which is so much more important. She always helps other students and takes them in when she can. She is just really good and helps them out. The internist who was working with her was excellent too and was taking instructions really well from the doctor.

  • Dr. Provider name locked. took an impression of my bite before the teeth were removed- a standard practice- but the denture seems to belong to someone else! The prosthetic teeth are literally TWICE the size of my natural teeth, the palate of the appliance is so low, it crushes my Provider name locked. , and the overall product is so large that I can't completely close my mouth (I already suffer from TMJ, a fact that I shared with Dr. Provider name locked. ). I have gone back twice, and Provider name locked. hacked off chunks of the appliance, leaving sharp Provider name locked. and abrasive surfaces. The teeth look fake that people standing several feet away can see the gap between my gum and teeth, and the areas where Dr. Provider name locked. cut the teeth improperly.

Dr. Provider name locked. had the nerve to tell me that "It looks better than what you had.". I HAD the theatrical appliance, which gave me the appearance of a great smile! I got dentures to REPLACE my missing teeth. Now, not only can I still not eat with my "teeth", but I can't speak (the size and ill fit of the denture make it sound like I have a mouth full of marbles- I have to take them out to be understood over the phone), and wearing them for more than a few minutes puts me in considerable pain. The stage teeth were more useful, and they cost $40, as opposed to $565.00.

I have another appointment with Dr. Provider name locked. in a few days- almost a month after I got my dentures. Hopefully, I will be able to get a useable appliance in the near future.

BTW, the staff was very friendly until it was apparent that there was a problem, even though I wasn't angry and was very discreet while other patients were within hearing distance.
