  • I have seen Provider name locked. at Provider name locked. for several different problems over many years. She is very competent, personable, and profoundly interested in helping her patients recover. My only complaint, and it's more about other patients than Provider name locked. , is that she often runs late. Because so much of the clientele is older, or elderly, they move slower and their appointments often run over, making everyone else late for the rest of the day. But Provider name locked. is worth waiting for, so I will continue to see her. The front office staff isn't as great as they used to be since Provider name locked. left - no one can seem to remember how to pronounce my name, and they can be dismissive of some of the customers. Also, the music throughout the building is kept far too loud when the Provider name locked. age of the clientele is 70! Some classical or easy jazz would be a lot more tolerable.

  • I had several visits at another physical therapy provider, with very little in the way of results. Rapid progress began immediately once I changed to this provider. Provider name locked. Leeke is an excellent therapist and helped me more than I thought was possible. He also explained everything to me, which I appreciate. The facility is easily accessible and parking is validated, although finding a parking space can be a bit of a problem at times.
The only negative I have concerns sanitation. The therapists dip their fingers into a jar of some type of ointment (for massage use). Sometimes therapists dip their fingers into the jar a second time while still working with a patient. I wasn't too thrilled that they don't have a method to keep this more sanitary so that whatever rubs off from one patient doesn't get into the ointment jar and then subsequently rubbed onto the next patient. I would also appreciate hand sanitizers available for patients so they can clean their hands after touching the exercise equipment.

  • I like that they have all three services and you get all three when you go in. They have supervisor doctors and you meet with them once a month for feedback. I like that they offer multiple services in one place.
