They have a great reputation and have many locations. The hospitals are great, and it's just a great healthcare organization to be a part of. I typically wait 10-15 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

Went in met with him, very nice. Office friendly and clean. Happy to say he is now my boys pediatrician and we are all very happy. Great doctor highly recommend him. Only down fall is he sometimes has a little bit of a wait. Gives you lots of attention and takes the time to answer all questions. Has a great sense of humor and jokes around with the boys to make them feel comfortable. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Mandany is absolutely amazing; I cannot imagine a healthcare provider with a more caring, calm attitude. He gives us exactly the information we need, takes the time to answer our questions, remembers our details out of the hundreds of children he sees in between, and always respects our rights as parents while giving the right information to make smart choices. He staff is great as well; we have not had a bad experience yet. We would never dream of taking our child to another doctor.

Dr. Bissonnette is fantastic. He's a one person pediatrician which is not common here for pediatricians in San Diego. There seem to be a lot of big groups. He's one person who is very personal and he takes time. One of my kids needed a vaccination but he talked about other stuff during the office visit, which was great. He was on the ball in terms of vaccinations for kinder garten which even I didn't know. He's just the kind of what anyone would want in a pediatrician. His punctuality is not so good but that happens when he takes time with each patient. So it comes with the best.

our last appointment for our son's 15 month well visit will be just that - our last.
the reason for the low scores namely pertain to the office staff, as they have made the same mistakes each time we come in for an appointment. they oftentimes forget to pull the patient file out when we check-in, forget to write our name on the check-in board for the nurses which allows for other people are seen before us (this is what the nurses have told us), and will announce that dr is running 40 minutes late 20 minutes after we've checked in. if they are aware that dr boies takes a long time with her patients, perhaps her scheduling should be adjusted to account for this. if they are aware that a dr is running 40-60 minutes late, it would seem like a courtesy to call the parent/patient up and let them know, or at least let them know at the time of check-in. we've also experienced the same billing issues with this office for the last 2 well-check visits, where they have overbilled us for services because of the same billing coding error on the part of the office staff.
essentially, we are fed-up with the amount of time wasted waiting in the office, waiting in the exam room, waiting on hold with our insurance company for the same billing errors, waiting on hold with ucsd pediatrics billing, and waiting to make sure things are actually resolved.
the issues with the office staff are really quite a shame, as the drs we have seen (dr boies being our primary, but we've also seen other pediatricians at this office) have been great. for this full-time working parent, loving mom of a and quot;can't sit stilland quot; toddler - time is something which i truly treasure. however, the time i spend waiting in the drs office amongst crying/sick children, anxious/angry parents, and a less than friendly front office staff, is not what i call an ideal way to spend quality time with my son. and although i've and quot;learnedand quot; to always account for the added wait-time at this office - the problem is only getting worse, not better, so i will just take my child elsewhere and keep my fingers crossed that all pediatrics offices in san diego aren't like this one. we'll see.

We just had a baby so we started using them.  I guess I don't know if I'd really recommend them.  It's a good facility but just to be completely a hundred percent honest I'm not sure if I would want to keep them as my pediatricians.  I'm not too fond of the facility itself because it's just confusing and hard to find which building I'm supposed to get into.  The offices are really small, just plain with white walls.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Martinez. She is always very patient and hands on. She is very knowledgeable. She is very informative, and always takes care of the problem. I will take my daughter to her again.

We were greeted at the office with a smile and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Snyder asks questions and he really listens to you and makes you feel confident that your precious kid is in good hands. He explains everything and never seems like he's in a hurry to get to the next appointment.  Also, he doesn't jump to handing out meds or 'worst case scenarios. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable .Bottom line, my daughter left smiling after her visit - how many parents get to say that after a doctors visit :) ?

The only complaint I would have is their phone system is not always the best - it sometimes takes a while for them to call back to book an appointment. There is no live operator for appointments when you call in - you have to leave a message and they call you back.

Something else that I really appreciated is that she is actually a mother.  I've talked to other people that have had Pediatricians where those physicians don't have children.  I think it's very difficult to relate to many aspects of being a parent and would definitely recommend any parent to use a Pediatrician that actually has children.

Everything went great. She is a wonderful doctor who takes her time. The office is great because there is a lot of room for the kids to play. The staff is very nice and recognize us by name. Overall, an excellent experience.
