AFunbounce.comIt was fantastic. I found the jumper on the company's website and was interested because this particular company had newer and bigger jumpers than any local competitors. The company uses a real-time calendar on the website to prevent scheduling conflicts and simplify planning. The delivery driver arrived early and had the jumper set up with time to spare. He inspected it for cleanliness and damage. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time in the jumper. The driver returned early, deflated the jumper, packed it up, and left. He was very professional, extremely punctual, and certainly knew his job. I'm looking forward to using this company again for my son's birthday.- Mark P.

APRIMO DEEJAYSWE WERE THRILLED WITH PRIMO DEEJAYS. HE PLAYED GRADE APPROPRIATE SONGS, KEPT THE PARTY GOING, AND THREW GAMES IN BETWEEN SETS SUCH AS LIMBO, LINE DANCING, AND SWING DANCE CONTESTS. THE KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME WITH HIM. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND RELATED WELL TO THE 6TH GRADERS. AFunbounce.comIt went extremely well. It was so easy to order online and John got back to me immediately after ordering and reserving the bouncy. We also later added to our order with table and chairs and it was a breeze. On the day of the party, the delivery man actually called that morning about half an hour before arriving to let us know he would be delivering early (yay!). He was polite, efficient and knew exactly what to do. He gave us all the tips and rules and also dropped off the table and chairs in our backyard as requested. Later, he arrived promptly at the end of our time frame and dismantled the bouncy, loaded his truck and was on his way. The bouncy itself was exactly as pictured, very clean, and didn't look worn or overly used. The kids had a ball with it and it made for instant entertainment for a party of girls! I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a bouncy house for a party.- Kathy/John D.

ARG Bar ServicesWe hired Roy (RG Bar Services) for my 40th birthday party at our house and it made the party! My wife and I were actually able to have fun at the party and not feel like we constantly needed to be serving our guests; we could enjoy them. What a concept! The party had between 60 and 80 people and took place primarily in the backyard. Prior to the event, Roy had extremely clear and detailed communication about the contract, what we needed to provide (along with suggestions of where to buy and coupons) and what we can expect from him or his staff. The day of the event, Roy arrived 2 hours before the party began and got started without any assistance from us. Before I knew it, he was completely set up and ready to go long before the first guest arrived. He even offered to help set up other items that needed assistance as he was done so early. Once the party started, he was a machine! Rarely was there a line at the bar and always smiling faces and full glasses were seen on our guests. At the end of the evening, Roy made sure we were ready for him to wrap up and didn't need additional time. Before I knew it, he was packed up and on his way, as if he had never been there. EVERYTHING cleaned up and packed away, leaving the premises in a nicer state than when he arrived. Did I mention the pictures? Throughout the evening, a flash here and there could be seen from the bar area. Sure enough, between pouring drinks, Roy was snapping pictures too! The event was 2 days ago and Roy has already posted the pics and provided a link for us to see them. This guy is amazing! For our next event, we Will call Roy to make sure he is available when we intend to celebrate, before setting the date. We won't have a party without him!- Steve S.

I had spoken with him during construction to determine best spot for antenna and type of coax cable to install. AInnovative EnterpriseI live and work in San Diego. Held my retirement ceremony and reception in Washington DC at the National Museum of the US Navy and family/friends dinner at a dinner club in Washington DC. The location was chosen to accommodate my family (Mom, sisters, ect) who all live on the east coast. Sue was very responsive to email and phone calls. She was positive, knowledgeable, connected, and energetic. Had great suggestions that made the event even more meaningful. She coordinated all requirements for the museum and their staff. She personally knows the museum president, which was instrumental in getting some things done when the staff was less than cooperative. I had identified the caterer and staging company before hand. Sue recommended the photographer, and took over coordinating all the supporting organizations. She coordinated the walk through, which the staging company choose not to participate in, ensured all the service providers had access to the Navy Yard (the staging company again failed to call her or pick up their passes even though she was at the gate waiting for them). She coordinated the clean up. A measure of success was that the museum staff did not have any complaints about the set up, execution, or clean up of the ceremony and reception. She identified and coordinated the dinner location which was the highlight for many family members. Without Sue, the event would not have gone off smoothly and would have had a lot more stress. Because of her, I was able to enjoy my family and friends. That is the whole key. Well worth every penny.- Richard W.

APARTY PONY EXPRESS PONY RIDESParty Pony Express is an awesome business I have used Party Pony Express Pony Rides 2 years in a row for my granddaughter's birthday ( 4th and 5th birthday) this year we added her 3 year old brother. The children were between the ages of 2-6 and all were thrilled! Mike was great and gently worked with a few timid kids who turned out to be the ones who took the most rides in the end! The kids loved decorating the ponies hair at the end of the party and the ponies are as gentle as could be. We had these giant pony balloons and the ponies were not startled when a couple of them exploded near them. We could not have enjoyed it more. Mike is a gentle, easy going, laid back guy and provided tons of fun for the kids and parents. I will definitely contract him for future events. Parents are still talking about what a good time the kids had. I would recommend if you are hiring Mike that you discuss with him locations - he knows his ponies and gave us serval options including a local park with a riding trail near the park which he uses frequently.- Elizabeth R.
