  • I cannot tell you enough that this is the place to board your companion! PLEASE IGNORE spiteful, 6-YEAR OLD, NEGATIVE REVIEWS. How vengeful are you to come back SIX YEARS LATER to post a scathing review on a facility that ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE VET BILL? This person's claims are Provider name locked. , void and invalid. ------AT ANY RATE, this facility will treat your companion as if it were theirs. Just to throw it out there, this same FACILITY IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! It has been under new management for almost 4 years now. I recommend this facility to everyone I know; friends and family members. Do not hesitate to ask questions before you board, the staff will gladly answer them knowledgeably.

  • We had a horrible experience at Provider name locked. in 2008. Unfortunately we moved soon after so I didn't get to post a review, but we just moved back to San Provider name locked. so wanted everyone to know about our experience. Went there based on good reviews. Seemed like this would be a good place for dogs. Our dog, 2 years old, is very gentle and non-aggressive, very well-behaved. Gets along well with other dogs in Provider name locked. and at other kennels. When we came to pick up our dog, we couldn't believe what we saw. Our lab had huge bites on his neck that were dry blood and multiple red punctures through his fur. Provider name locked. people acted like they didn't even have a clue it had happened when we pointed it out. They continued to deny any responsibility and blamed our dog, "he may have had a hot spot and dogs scratch themselves. They claimed it must have just occurred on the day of pick up and did not have have a vet evaluate and treat him. My husband asked to talk with the manager and had to had raise cane for the manager to finally concede and take responsibility. They finally ended up waiving the boarding fee and paying for the vet bill. He was on antibiotics and treated for this vicious attack bites. We were so shaken and upset by this experience. It's our theory that there was inadequate supervision during the playtime and he must have been attacked by another dog. i would NEVER use Provider name locked. again. Be careful if you consider this place. Our dog is our family. We would never take such a known risk ever again. Now we know. We would have understood IF they had taken immediate action to get him treated, IF they had taken responsibility and been more professional about the whole experience.

  • My dog goes to Provider name locked. Doggy Day care every week, once a week. Provider name locked. comes and picks him up with a covered pick up truck early in the day, and drops him off in the mid afternoon. If we are not there she simply puts him in our fenced yard (per our instructions). I understand some people also leave a key and she will crate your dog for you if you prefer and aren't home until later. He is totally worn out when he comes home and after drinking out his water bowl (they do provide water at the day care) he flops on the floor and sleeps the rest of the afternoon. A tired dog is a good dog! Provider name locked. also sends me pictures of my dog at play. There are play structures, artificial turf, shade trees, a baby pool, and a big fence. I believe there is a separate place for smaller dogs, mine is with the young, larger and extremely playful ones. He has never come back with any bite Provider name locked. , and even though he usually has some separation anxiety he goes with Provider name locked. willingly. He must be having a great time.
The only down side in the expense. At $40 a visit for 7 hours (door to door) it is too expensive to do twice a week. On a second day each week I bring him to a place that is almost half the price, only no transportation. I drop him off before work and pick him up after at that place, which is less convenient for me but again, considerable cheaper. He likes that place a lot too, but this way he gets some variety I suppose.
