Overall good service. Only complaint is very limited office hours (AM only) which makes it difficult to get an appointment that works with my work schedule at times.- KATHLEEN D.
i have type2 diabetes.and the Provider name locked. was outta control. Went to see the doctor. He started me on a very little Provider name locked. of insulin , which didnt do much, and never asked me to come back for a follow up. The Provider name locked. after two weeks was still crazy. I went back and this time he increased my dosage of insulin much higher then was needed, as a result my Provider name locked. started going down to 50 at night. He Never requested a follow up to check how the new dosage was doing, or asked what my carb intake was to adjust the insulin, or gave me any directions as to how i should adjust my insulin according to the carb intake. After a week of suffering low sugars , and doing some online research I went back and he again simply lowered my dosage. Not even once asking what my food intake was. I found him either lacking interest or short on time, to fully explain to a new person starting on insulin, as to how important carb intake is to insulin administered.- muhammad R.
Dr. Provider name locked. did a very through exam, asked a lot of questions, took lots of notes. I had specific questions regarding side effects to long term medications, but these were not really addressed - mainly because the doctor wanted to do lab work to see if I was over medicated. Lab work did not indicate this - doctor's assistant called back to say the labs were "normal" so my side effect question will go unanswered until the next visit. Since it's nothing major, that's okay. I would have preferred a call from the doctor personally.- Karen C.
