I hate to write this review because then my favorite plumber will become so popular I may never see him again!!!! It took me years to find him!
Okay, so Provider name locked. works for Provider name locked. and Plumbing. He did work at our house and I can't remember if I left a review or not. But I found his name from the reviews on Angie's List. He is FABULOUS.
Our rental had a toilet downstairs that was running constantly. The tenant had shut the water off at that toilet. I made an appointment with Provider name locked. . Provider name locked. called me half an hour before he was to arrive to say good morning (nice guy!) and how was my day going so far, and that he was 30 minutes away. He texted me 15 minutes later to say he would be late because of an accident on the freeway. He showed up as personable and in such a good mood as always. I told him the problem and he looked at the toilet, and then I showed him all of the toilets in the house, since I did not buy it new and did not know if work had been done on any of the others. The house was built in 1995 and we learned that the toilet downstairs had all of the original parts (track home) and a toilet upstairs had had parts replaced. He checked the water pressure for the whole house and said it was good. He told me I had three options: 1) replace one part of the toilet and hope that the other parts would work for a while, 2) rebuild all of the parts inside of the toilet or 3) put in a new toilet. I said WWDBD? (What Would Provider name locked. Boy Do if he were me?) He said he would rebuild the parts inside because then the toilet would work just fine, even though it's not the greatest toilet in the world (cheap track home toilet). He said if he rebuilt just part of it, I might be calling him again to replace the other parts. So we picked door number 2.
I like that he gave me options, but told me what he would do if he were me. So he didn't try to upsell me. I trust him completely and believe he is very honest.
He did the work in a flash. I heard him moaning and groaning and he said he had trouble getting some of the bolts out that were rusted. I think some people couldn't have done that--he's a big strong guy and I think he could have done the work with his bare teeth. He thanked me, shook my hand, all bills were done electronically and when I arrived home, there was an email with the receipt. LOVE IT!!!)

Called for service on our backyard patio drain (a channel groove on the surface of our patio). Went through a detailed description of the issue with the person who took the call. He told me that if the Technician did the assessment and could perform work, we would be charged for service, otherwise, if nothing could be done, that would be that.
Guys showed up on time, and looked at our drainage issue for no more than 5 minutes. Told us that they would need to rip up and damage the problem area, but even then might not know how to fix the issue. Charge us $88 for the 5 minutes, then loitered outside our front yard. At that time, I needed to pick up the kids from school.
My husband called the company to complain and the customer service person told him that the service personnel's GPS told her they were there for over 30 minutes, so they MUST have provided a thorough investigation of the problem and deserved to be paid for the "service" call. Again, they performed zero service and then waited around so that they could log they were at the property for a sufficient amount of time.
Would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Have no idea if they do a good job or are adequate with resolving drain issues that they try and fix. I DO know that they conduct themselves in an unethical way and therefore would be wary of any work the do or recommend doing.

Did a thorough job, took all the time he needed to get it right. The washing machine drain sometimes backed up before, had to stop the machine and let the water level in the pipe drop to avoid overflows. After the drains were cleaned this is no longer necessary.
