    Advanced Sprinkler & Drainage Repair
Four years ago, I asked them to do a yard drain clean. Everything works fine and I never really have problem with their service. Last year, there appear to be some problem and I asked them to do the work again. Unfortunately, the experience I had is totally different. First, they told me I need to do an inspection first. This is fine for me. However, they say the cost, about $98, is not deductible even if I ask them to do the job. After some argument, they say they will deduct it if I asked to do the job as a one time courtesy considering I am their old customer and I agreed. In August 28, the job was performed and I paid what they requested. However, last week, I found one of the pipe appears still slow. This happened again today 12/6. I called them. I remember last time (4 years ago), there was a three month warranty. Since it is only a few days beyond three months, I asked them if there's any warranty. They told me there's not warranty at now. If I would like them to work on it, it will be treated as a new job, i.e., the first hour will be charged as higher rate. Since Josh who worked on it is already familiar with my yard and did a good job 4 years ago, I agreed to ask him to work on it again. However, I really don't like the way I was treated. According to them, they won't take responsibility about the work they did. I have never met a service provider take such an attitude. I hope everybody be careful if you want to ask them to work on your property.

    LIFETIME PLUMBING
Matthieu is a most efficient and clean worker. arrives with a friendly smile, ready to work. And work he does!! He is an immaculate worker, constantly leaving the area clean, even if he must return another day, he closes out the day leaving everything very neat and tidy. Great prices, his estimates are right on with his final bill. This is a worker you will always call back if needed.

    Pacific Drain & Plumbing
What a nightmare! For $865 Pacific Drain tried, but failed, to fix a slow leak. Even worse, while working on it, they unwittingly disconnected some pipes and left us with no water supply to the entire second story of our house. It was time to bring in a different plumber. New plumber quickly found the leak and fixed it for $550. But I also had to pay him $250 to reconnect the water supply disconnected by Pacific Drain so that we would once again have water on the second story.

Bad arrived at 4 pm . Arrival time was 8 to 12... checked toilet. Flushed toilet. Water overflowed and soaked carpet..not responsible..went to truck to write the cost $174. Started job said he had to remove toilet the cost is now $415. Pulled out a dry towel from bottom of toilet. No itemized receipt given. He gave me an authorization with the amount . Staff said this a flat rate company The customer should be notified that will not be given an itemized receipt and that they do not honor angie list discount. Grade D

    Dyson Plumbing
Excellent, Dyson Plumbing is very professional, responsive and satisfied with their work, with a fair price. They are always on time and in touch. We have used their services on our own residence as well as our rental property for many years. I highly recommend them.

    Rooter Hero Plumbing San Diego
He said he needed to do replace the P-trap so that he can insert his snake tool. He charged a lot of money for it but in fact he just cut some pipes and replaced those with rubber hoses and clamped them onto the existing pipes. Total rip off! On top of that after he left a water leak developed under the sink area. It took me a lot of time and multiple plumbers to find out that the leak was from the faucet connection to valve. I am quite sure that was cause by him working under there because we didn't have this issue at all. I find it impossible that this is a coincidence.

    Drainhelp.com
Ali, the owner had all the work done by a sub contractor. This sub contractor was a professional! When the sub contractor called Ali from Drainhelp.com that the job required additional part (approx $50.00) Ali told the sub contractor to tell me the quote jumped from about $500.00 to a ridicules $1000.00. This company needs to be dropped from Angie's List. My good ratings for the job is for the sub contractor.

    Roto-Rooter
The sink was leaking after but at least it drained. We paid in cash, much more than what we paid last time we had it fixed by a different plumber, but we weren't willing to shop around and just paid the price.
