Will NEVER call them again. Needed a H2O heater replacement and had an appt set for Monday 1/21/19 @ 8am. This was set in the middle of the week prior. Called them at 8:30 Monday morning and was told the technician couldn't come out until that Friday but they might be able to have someone come out on Tuesday. ***. Our H2O tank was not working thus we had NO water in our unit. Imagine doing your morning business and not being able to flush. Not only did they not call me to inform me of the issue they just kept saying how "sorry" they were. Sorry doesn't get things done. I called Bill Howe plumbing at 10am after Russell Plumbing called me to inform me they were still searching for an available plumber. BH came out at noon and had the tank replaced and up to CA code in 2.5 hrs. It was a smooth process. The reason I went with RP initially was because they were $200 less and our HOA in City Scene has them on contract. From my experience RP conducted business in a way that made me actually write a bad review so that others can avoid having to deal with this company and their very poor way of doing business. IF you have to pay a bit more and not have to deal with this company do it. They get 0/5 stars from me but had to give 1 so I could post this

Called to schedule an appointment for 1:30pm. They never showed and repeatedly told me they were backed up that day. Finally gave up on them that evening around 8pm and scheduled a local plumber to fix the problem.

Mike has done 2 jobs for me. One was to replace my water heater with a new tankless one. The other was to replace 2 faucet sets in my bathroom. Here's what you should know: 1) You can trust him completely. He will tell you what he knows and what he does not. You can leave him in your house alone and know he won't steal or snoop on anything. You can expect him to give you a fair price. You can know that he will tell you the truth. 2) You can expect an excellent job. Mike is a smart person who knows enough to customize his solution to fit your needs. I had several constraints related to my HOA and he was able to tailor my solution to deal with those issues. He will also provide the good, bad and ugly of the options. 3) He is not married to one hot water heater distributer. He installs many brands and can tell you the pros and cons of them as they relate to your situation. I spent a lot of time educating myself about water heaters and interviewing different plumbers. Because of this, I can feel very confident saying that you will be in good hands if you choose Mike, AKA Primo Plumbing

Both jobs were done expertly. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the plumber. He also did a survey of my house, giving me pointers of items to consider plus a nod to items in good condition.

The technician (owner's son) arrived within the stated time frame. He determined that it would be necessary to pull the skirted Toto toilet to determine whether the wax ring was leaking or if the gasket was responsible. He determined that the wax ring was leaking, which was the less expensive of the two possibilities, and it could be fixed with materials on his truck rather than ordering parts. He replaced the wax ring, re-set the toilet, cleaned up thoroughly, and caulked the base of the toilet. I am very happy with the quality and professionalism of the work.

I had a flood caused by a washer/dryer drain. A company arrived, tried to fix it, & declared the problem virtually unsolvable. I went on Angie's List & found Anderson Plumbing. I called around 8:30AM, they arrived shortly after noon, fixed the problem (cost $99--Angie's list discount) in less than an hour & arranged for a follow-up camera drain inspection (no charge), to examine the drain in this 86-year house. Dylan was amazing, so knowledgeable. And he and his trainee Dana are smart & nice as well. Total cost $99. Total cost of camera drain inspection $0. Highly recommended.

Solomon was super - very polite, friendly, knowledgeable... Unclogged drain using medium-sized snake machine. Also checked static and dynamic water pressure. Entire experience for me was excellent/couldn't be happier. Unable to comment on price as I didn't contact other plumbers; however, for me the results justified the price.

We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received! Service Technician, James White gave us a 20 minute call ahead and arrived earlier than the estimated time given by dispatch. He cleared the toilet clog and replaced the water fill valve with efficiency and professionalism. We were impressed by his knowledge, friendliness and strong work ethic. Thanks again for such excellent service!!

This review is a few months delayed, as I received Sitko's services in November 2017. Sitko did an excellent job with the plumbing work in my home. Brooks and Dustin initially came to my home, but Brooks ended up coming back a few more times. They were professional, punctual and efficient. Brooks in particular took the time to visit several different hardware stores each day to look for parts that I needed. Lisa was also very kind and helpful with scheduling, and always followed through with her word. Their prices are very reasonable for the excellent service and amount of effort they put into their work. I was extremely impressed with Sitko and truly appreciate their professionalism. I will definitely be using them in the future, and strongly recommend others to do the same - I'd be glad to give a reference for them so feel free to contact me!

our kitchen drain clogged the Friday before New Years weekend, so I was anxious to have it repaired before the weekend. I called Black Mountain Plumbing, but they weren't available until 5 days later. Called Colepepper as a result of Angies List review. Colepepper gave me 4 hour window for the following day (Saturday) which I took. The plumber called toward the end of the window saying he was on his way. When he arrived, he showed me the min cost of $93, or $329 if it required snaking the kitchen drain from the clean out. He was able to clear the drain, showing me a big wad of built up gunk causing the problem. I hadn't had our drain snaked in at least 10 years, so decided to have it done while he was out. i showed him a "$50 off any service" coupon on Colepepper's Angie List page, but the plumber said he wasn't authorized by the boss to accept anything less than the prices printed on his service list. I'm happy with the plumber's work, and appreciate he came out on a holiday weekend ( I'd use them again as a result), but be advised they may not accept their own "any service" discount coupons advertised on Angie's List.
