  • The previous owner of my condo had put epoxy flooring in my basement, which looked great when I purchased the home. But as the weeks went on, it began to crack and bubble. Within 2yrs, it was coming off in sheets and looked terrible. When I initially contacted Provider name locked. my intention was to simply repair it with another epoxy coating done correctly. But when I got the estimate, it was explained to me that because of the mineral deposits that commonly come up with moisture in San Provider name locked. area basements, that in all likelihood any attempt to replace it would also eventually fail. He suggested that I might be interested in simply sanding away the failing epoxy and staining the concrete underneath, which would allow it to breath without any effect on the stain. I also had work done on my balcony, which had outdoor carpeting on it which retained moisture and was causing damage underneath. That was to be taken out and replaced with a coating. We communicated via email to set a work date, and since I commute elsewhere during the week, I left a key in a drop box. I'm very pleased with the work in every regard. The basement is a vast improvement, and the patio looks great. Communication was easy and constant throughout the job, and the estimate matched the final bill.

  • Got the estimate and everything was a green light.  His contract didn't include the required language of the CSLB (notice to owner, mechanics Provider name locked. warning, right to cancel, liability insurance/workers comp, etc.) so I asked to nclude these or offered to use a Provider name locked. hoime imporvement contract I had on hand with all the canned language.  .  Then never heard from him again. don't know whether he got spooked, wanted to deal with an easier (or dumber) client, whether he's not on the legal up-and-up, listening to bad advide from someone, etc.   All I can say is, come on guys,  let's get into the 21st century and start acting like professionals!!!!!!!

  • Asked for an estimate for 200 square feet of concrete sidewalk with half of it with a tile stamp.  Wanted 6000.00 !!!!   Outrageous price when most others were one third the price of theirs.  Not sure why.  Do they sub it out or something or do they just not know what they are doing?
