    Sunray Video Productions
I recently took a slew of old 8 mm and super 8 mm family films to Sunray Video to have them digitized. Kirk explained my options in a clear and concise manner which helped me make the right choice in format and media. Since many of these old home movies were from a time before I was born, I was able to see my family as I never had before! Id been dragging my feet about getting it done but now Im enjoying these priceless moments that are now preserved for future generations! I highly recommend Kirk and Sunray Video because of his help, patience and professionalism.

All went as planned. Gabriel was very thorough and completed the tasks very well. He explained everything and double checked with me that everything was working as expected. Its comforting to know that he will gladly come back within 90 days if any issues arise. He also cleaned everything up.

My HP600, all-in-one, TouchSmart desktop has been my computer for the past 10+ years. Recently, it began running VERY slowly, and taking forever to load when opening e-mails, etc. I called Robert Crumpton of "24/7 Computer Solutions." Initially, he did a remote diagnostic and determined it was the hard drive (which had not been replaced since I bought the computer 10+ years ago!). Based on that, he agreed to make a house call that afternoon. He arrived on time and spent an hour attempting to replace the hard drive. As a result of several other issues, we agreed that this computer needed the "personal attention" that comes by taking the device to his shop and working on it there. With the additional tools, equipment and space represented by his shop, he was able to fix the computer overnight. He arranged to stop by the next day to re-install the computer, perform all set-ups, re-wiring and data restoration. Robert was very patient with my many questions (I am a technophobe) and explained all actions to be taken. He was punctual, knowledgeable and organized. In summation, Robert Crumpton of 24/7 Computer Solutions is the consummate professional! I highly recommend him!

San Diego Laptop & Computer Repair
I brought my laptop that was latte damaged. They opened up and unfortunately it was in a non-bootable state due to connector points being dissolved due to heat. However they managed to recover my disk fully. They are very courteous and honest. They charged me for data recovery and for the expansion disk, which was a fair pricing.

    San Diego Home Theater Designs
It's always a pleasure working with Javier and his company, San Diego Home Theater Designs (formerly Top Notch Installs). Javier knew exactly how to fix the problem we were having with our remote and did the job in a timely and professional manner.

    On-Site Techs
We are San Diegan volunteers who consistently use our computers daily. We have used On-Site Techs for three years; they are the most knowledgeable computer techs we have dealt with. Phone calls are returned promptly. Home visits to resolve issues are nearly immediate. Problems are solved right the first time. If John cant figure out the problem on-site, hell take the CPU to his business and work on it until it repaired to his satisfaction. John Airy in our opinion is the best in the business with reasonable rates. We soon will replacr our 8-year old computers. Our strong confidence in Johns abilities and experience allows us to rely on him to tell us the brand, speed, type, and options we will need on the computers to buy where he will then set them up. We also find On-Site Techs website very useful; every from internet safety information to tutorials, data backup and more in plain language. Awesome company and a pleasure to do business with! Truly a 5-Star operation! Thanks John!!

    So Cal Home Theater
Adam and So Cal Home Theatre did a great job. Running the CAT-6 was not easy in all places yet it was all done perfectly. Tested and labeled. The TV was mounted exactly where I wanted it and Adam even ran an extra HDMI cable and a couple of spare CAT-6 cables to the TV. Adam even mounted my two access points for me. I did all the network configuration though. I can highly recommend So Cal Home Theatre for any of you work.

    Mike's Computer Repair
Mike improved both the PC's responsiveness and boot up time significantly - running much more smoothly and where it should be. He ran his malware and spyware checking software, and also saw where my PC was loading the same apps/pages multiple times on startup. He also highly recommended I shut down every night, which I wasn't doing because it took so long to start up, but now I am and start up time is at least 2x faster than before (I run Windows 10). Two small 'cons': 1) price - even though I didn't contact him via Angie's list for this job, I expected ~ $55 rate because he took about an hr. He charged me $85. When I asked him about this rate he said he went a "little beyond" the normal, but I didn't feel that way. Since I mentioned it I felt he should have at least met halfway and settled on $70, but I am not one to quibble over price for this service, so $85 it was. 2) the other niggly computer issue I had was the message "Intel Rapid start technology is not enabled," which still appears after start up, though I just click off it. In viewing what he was doing on my PC, he said that should take care of that message showing up, but it did not. Minor, but for $85...
