  • They guided me step by step on what to do. I'm very happy because I didn't have to waste time paying probably for expensive parts that were not going to revive my old broken refrigerator.

  • They had been to my home before, so they knew my washer and the model. When he showed up, he knew it was to repair my Provider name locked. washer timer. He was here less than 5 minutes and charged me $61. He knew it was the timer, but said he would have to come back. They charged $147 for the second visit. He said he could not do the repair that day, and they had to schedule another visit. It was a whole week before he called back to schedule with me again. I feel that they should have been prepared since they knew my issue and should not have charged me for another visit. The repair should have been handled the same day.

  • Services went fine.  The main problem I was concerned about (the icemaker repair was for my husband!) was that the fridge kept developing an iceball on the back left wall while not keeping cold enough.  Tad told me to turn down the fridge control instead of maxing it out.  Counterintuitive but, by Provider name locked. , it worked!  The fridge temp actually did go down.  And it cost me $0 for repairs!  I got a second opinion from another company and was told I needed a new evaporator assembly and a sealed system repair which would cost $1,200.  Or course I never needed that done.  I'm going to keep this ancient Sub Zero until it Provider name locked. .
