ALegend Plumbing & Septic Co.This company is amazing! They have awesome customer service and I would recommend them to anyone! Everyone is polite and just a pleasure to speak to. The job ended up costing us a lot more than expected but it saved us a lot of money in the long run. Our pump ended up going out so Bruce ended up pumping everything he could to get us through the weekend. Because of him we didn't have to have an emergency service done over the weekend and were able to hold off until Monday. They went above and beyond for sure! AWeidner Septic Tank PumpingWas very nervous as we weren't sure exactly where the tank was located and it never been pumped out. We hired them to locate and uncover the cleanout. Mike was like a pirate looking for gold-and he found it super fast!!! He was able to uncover the lid and remove it with out damaging it (the septic has been here for 20 years!) He pumped everything-checked everything out and we were back in business!! Ashley was so very helpful on what needed to be done and very upfront about the cost, they were out at our house within an hour! I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't use anyone else in the future!!- Lesley V.

ALegend Plumbing & Septic Co.When i had a houseful of guests coming for the holiday, we discovered stinky water in the yard above the septic system. The company who maintains our swimming pool referred us to Legend Plumbing. The office staff was very understanding and promised that a crew would get to us that day. Bret arrived around 3:30 and worked to determine the sump pump was burned out. Joel came out with a new pump and together they installed it. It was dark by the time they were finished and so they had to use flashlights to make the yard as presentable as possible. Legend Plumbing being able to make this repair the same day we called was wonderful. I would have had to send the 3 families who were coming to see us to a hotel, as they could not have stayed here. We probably couldn't have stayed either. So I thank them and would recommend them!- Halley R.

ALegend Plumbing & Septic Co.They were very good. This is the first time I had our tanks pumped, but I think they are in a good price range. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. This is the first time I've had a property with a septic tank. They were late for my appointment, but they did call me where they had a problem. I guess they had an emergency that popped up in the neighborhood. They called to see if it would be okay to go there first. They were very good to keep me updated. There was one worker. I want to say it took an hour, maybe an hour and a half. It looked like he was never. He returned everything back to normal. I've been very satisfied with the results. Thank you Bruce!- Judy S.

I found their quote to be thousands less than other local septic installers, they were extremely informative about any hidden fees, they worked with me very closely and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. From contracting to installation completion it took about one month (SO FAST) and when they were able to start the job, it took just under a week from start to finish on a completely brand new aerobic system on a complex property. The guys that did the install were extremely polite, profesional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure it was done right, seriously one of the best experiences with a contractor I have ever had, 10/10 would recommend.- Annakyi G.

ABig Bexar SepticOutstanding!!! Ours is an older system with a hard to find Myers pump. Big Bexar found one...installed the pump and repaired the circuit going to the pump which had also burned out. The did not badger me with attempts to have the tank replaced, pumped out, upgraded and other shenanigans. Very honest, kept us informed on the status of the pump search and install.- Jerry D.

Our property is on solid rock and Bill Baker and his crew got the job done without any problems. Honest, punctual, and professional. Excellent quality work and reasonable prices. Strictly adhered to all Covid-19 guidelines. My neighbor also had him put in a system and he was extremely pleased also. Highly recommend!!!

FWe made an appointment they came out to do a camera test, which they charged us for. Then they use this technology to fix the leaks and they charge us for that. That didn't fix anything so than they said they were going to come out again. Than we paid another deposit for them to come out and do what they said they wouldn't have to do which is why wanted to use them. Every time they will schedule appointment and never show up. We call to see why they didn't show they always apologize and do the same thing all over again. We paid thousands of dollars and they don't even show up. They don't even call us to tell us they are not coming. Overall we paid $10,000.
